Source Naturals - Selenium Yeast Free 200 Mcg. 120 Tablets

Just started taking in combination with iodine for breast health. WIll post follow up. [...] Follow up- I had my 6 month follow up mammogram after spending 6 months following iodine (Lugol's) protocol that included companion supplements (selenium, magnesium, vitamin C) for detoxing from the bromides & chlorides that are released during the protocol. Results; My breast density has decreased as well as the calcifications. The other suspicious area has also decreased. . I'm going to say the iodine protocol worked! I am now on maintenance dose of Lugols and have decreased selenium to 3 x week. I am always happy with Source Naturals supplements as they are small tablets, little flavor, and are of high quality. They are my preferred choice when selecting supplements. I used a guide called Guide for supplementing with iodine by Stephanie Buist, ND HC. Available for free on the internet.

these are the best. when i take other brands my hair falls out. when i go back to this brand, it stops falling out. years ago, my psych said that many antidepressants cause hair loss and to take selenium. it really makes a difference which brand that you use. i can't take supplements with yeast, so i don't know about the selenium products with yeast. i've been using this brand on and off for years. seems like i always end up going back to this brand.
