The storm glass came just as the listing said it would, it was packaged great and it looks fantastic. I gave it to my dad for Christmas and he is simply fascinated by the thing! You really can’t beat high quality items like this, I’d buy another one in a second. Fast shipping as well, we ordered it over the weekend and it was shipped out and arrived in less than two days.

bought this for my son in law for christmas. he was completely excited and planned to keep it on his desk in his office. it never did a thing. very very disappointed. appearance wise it look great but does not do what it said it would do at all, waste of money and i felt terrible as it was a gift

I bought this for my mom. We were both excited to see it in action, but it doesn’t do anything. It’s placed by the window and we live in a state with 4 seasons, but every day it’s the same.

Cute idea but the only place it works is in the freezer. Otherwise it is a paperweight. Until I put it in the freezer, it did nothing even though our weather was changing dramatically from sunshine to freezing rain to ice cold temps.UPDATE--FEB 24, 2018 I put the Storm Glass on our sun porch which is not heated with the intention of tossing it out at some point. Lo and Behold, it began to do exactly what it said it would. Since I took it out of the main part of the house, it has worked great and provided us with a lot of fun. I was under the impression, it would work inside in a controlled environment, but it seems to work best out in the cold.

Have had since Xmas. Pretty, but never really changes so not much of a weather predicter.

The first one arrived broken. The company sent a new one out. It. Never. Worked. It just sat there looking like water. We ended up throwing it away. I'm really irritated because I spent $40 on this gift for my husband as well as another $27 on the smaller one for a work gift exchange.

Storm glass is great gift. It looks cool and is fun conversation piece. I gave it to my father a year ago it watching the different crystals form are cool. Only problem is I am not too sure about the accuracy of it predicting the weather.

My husband LOVED this gift! I ordered it a month early. It must have acclimated in the box because when he opened it it was snowing in it, which matched the weather outside! So cool, looks beautiful!
