SAFROTTO Lens Case Lens Pouch Bag for TAMRON 150-600mm/Nikon 200-500mm Lens and Sigma 150-600mm

This case provides excellent protection for a large lens--it's well padded and the Tamaron 150-600 lens is a perfect fit, even with the lens hood attached. It makes it much bulkier, but that's part of the trade of for providing the protection. I just wish it had a snap or zip pocket on the end for storing filters or a lens cloth.

Good fir for my Nikon 200-500 5.6e Lens. A couple of downsides - strap arrangement is not so good for carrying on one's back. I wish there were a couple of compartments or a mesh holder on the inside of the lid for caps, filters , etc.

This case is extremely well made and very reasonably priced. It compares very favorably to other major name brands. I recommend highly. I have not used it for very long, but based on the quality of material and construction I expect it to wear very well.

Perfect case for the Nikon 200-500 lens. Fits the lens with hood snugly and is easy to carry. Can't really say much more about it than that....if you own a big zoom this is a very affordable, well built case.

The case is well built and fits the Tamron 150-600mm perfectly. Well cushioned. The big drawback is the strap, it has no pad to keep the heaviness of the lens from causing the strap to be fusing into your neck. Also the strap is held to the case by very cheap plastic parts (the hook and the part that attaches it to the bag. I feel very uncomfortable carrying such and expensive heavy lens around in a case with cheap plastic parts holding it together. I’m also not sure that I would feel comfortable attaching this case to my Thinktank belt with Velcro holding it on. Again, the lens is too expensive and heavy to take that chance. If it wasn’t for the strap and the Velcro, I would give it a 5 Star. I’d rather go ahead and pay double or triple the price to protect my investment.

My Tamron 150-600mmm fit perfectly inside with both the lens hood (reversed) and the tripod collar on. There is a groove inside that I am assuming is just for the tripod collar.

Excellent quality and value . . . The bag fit my Tamron 150-600 G2 snuggly. The lens does not fit in my standard equipment bag, so this case is a necessity.

I use this with my most expensive lens (Nikkor 200-500mm zoom) It needs the protection for travel and field work. The sleeve which is supplied by Nikon is just not adequate.
