Nice and sturdy - Great for Brothers
The build quality and sound effects are great. I have two young boys, 4, and 6 so I'm always looking for a sturdy product. These light sabers are tons of fun.

Appropriate for saber-fighting
This thing is awesome for saber-fighting together with young children. Good quality / durable for a older youth. Not worth 45 dollars but unfortunately those which cost 20 dollars are worth a lot less.Only issue is the charger wasn't in the package - I think this is a packaging mistake. Will be contacting the vendor with complaint.Otherwise I'm happy with this purchase.

Good for the money
Don't expect perfect replicas that you can full LARP fight with, but fun toys that will make the kids happy, yup they do that. Battery actually last a surprising long time.

Charger is garbage
Swords were cool, only made 2 sounds in and off.. the charges are very cheap and have to replaced. I wouldn’t mind but I don’t know what size charge cord to buy. Radio shack? Lol

I had to order these bad boys twice to get them once, must be popular, must be real good, must be....A jokeThey look real nice in the box, easy to assemble... they turned on/worked right out of the box!BUT that is where the the pleasant experience started to dissipate quickly.Immediately the negatives started to flow...Push the button change color, push the button change color. Keeping these at a specific color is near impossible with any sort of "play". They do NOT remember the color you had selected. Start up in RED no matter what. Okay.. ya know, I could live with that.... hang on it gets worse.Now, I see a lot of people asking if there is the sound on clash with these, and the answers are a resounding yes. I'll go with that, oh, they sound on BREATHING too. Sound on picking them up. Sound on holding them still and staring at them, and when they sound, they also flash. This happens if an ant in the corner of the house opposite of you, drops a grain of sand... WAY TO SENSITIVE.If your buying these for 10 year olds.... no problem, any other use and your wasting your money.ABSOLUTE CHINESE GARBAGE1. Will they retain color setting when shut off: NO2. Will they flash/sound on clash: They flash/sound with ANY movement without any clash. Breath on them.... flash/sound. Just changing the hand your holding it in, will make it go into a frenzy.3. Will they connect to make the Darth Maul double blade light saber: Yes (good luck keeping them same color)Would I recommend? Not in a million years.
