Bought these after doing some research on how to increase my mineral/vitamin intake, and these came up as a powerhouse super-seed that can provide a lot of magnesium, calcium and even iron.You don't need much, 9 grams offers a really good source of all of these minerals, if you eat about an ounce a day - you are getting nearly a 1/3 - third of your RDA of magnesium, iron, and calcium.easy to add to a smoothie, or mixed in with green powders for a green super-food powder drink - taste great, and can be sprinkled onto foods of all kinds to add an extra flavor (tasty and nutty) as well as some added nutrition.Something we all need!These are easy, they taste great, they don't rinse off in color if you soak (not as much as some other brands) and they add a ton of nutrition to your diet - i highly recommend these, and this brand for that matter - i know this is a cheaper brand on amazon, and on the net, but honestly, i have had really great experiences with this brand all-around.i use a few other products from this company, and all are high - quality and organic.Some of the products i don't agree with, nor find any use for - but the ones i use and like, they all seem really high quality and great overall. Non-gmo and organic always, love that.Will be purchasing these for the rst of my life if i can, its too simple and easy for the added nutrition - these are a must for anybody looking to increase their daily magnesium, iron, and calcium intake.NO-BRAINER

I recently tried the 2 lb organic black sesame seeds and I'm actually quite happy with them. I bought them to experiment with some new recipes and I have noticed that they have an interesting flavor, a little stronger than the white ones, but nothing that cannot be adapted. One day, I made hummus with these seeds and the truth is that it gave it a special touch that I had not tried before. Although they are not the cheapest on the market, I think the quality and the fact that they are lab-tested give them a good value. Overall, I'd say it's a good buy if you're interested in experimenting with different flavors.

I’m glad to found this vendor, good quality and freshness. I make black sesame seeds with 2 dates using the soy milk maker came out very tasty . Will purchase from this vendor again. ❤️❤️❤️
