This is exactly what my wife and I were hoping for!
My wife stays at home so we are a single income family. We don't have money to go out and get professional photos done for every milestone we will want to share of our coming baby. This Baby Eat Your Art Out blanket and crafting ideas that we got by following their Instagram account mean we can take great looking photos to share on social media, with family, and even the old analog fridge display without spending on a photographer and their props. (Helps that I fancy myself a decent mobile photographer to begin with) It also means we are in danger of oversharing... but we don't care! I will add pics once the baby comes but I've even got ideas just to use some of our favorite things from around the house like Wilco band merchandise (me) and old books (wife) to decorate the blanket for pics.The blanket itself is easy to spread out... soft... and while we probably won't use it for swaddling, etc. to make sure it stays great looking for photos, it can easily be used for that in a pinch!If you're even just a tinsy bit creative this is a great option for anyone who wants to do more than just upload simple cell phone pics with digital text to their social media accounts and with family. Super simple but great for any gender
I bought this for my niece and her husband for their baby boy. I wanted a simple one so that it could be used for their next child. It is very thin linen so it could be used as a light swaddle blanket but I mostly bought it for the monthly progress pictures to see how the baby is growing.

Very soft, would make a great shower gift
The blanket arrived in a nice box and could have been easily given as a gift. It’s very soft. I was surprised as I expected it to be a more coarse material but I was pleasantly surprised. I plan to use this with our newest family member and will likely give this as a gift in the future.

So soft and more milestones than other baby blankets!
Love, love, love this blanket! Purchased it for as a baby gift for a friend but I had to open the box and look before wrapping it up for her. This blanket is so soft and large enough for different ages and stages. One of the reasons I chose this blanket is because it includes MONTHS AND YEARS. So many I looked at just go through months stages of babyhood. This will last my friend through the toddler years and be such a sweet series of photos for her to keep, share and cherish! I never thought we would have so much fun with this blanket
I purchased this Milestone Blanket as a gift for my sister. Her little one is very special, as it was an uphill battle for her parents to have her. I wanted them to be able to record each milestone of her growth. I never thought we would have so much fun with this blanket, as it really helps you see the growth from month to month! We will be taking pictures on the date of her birth each month, and then turn it into slide show to really demonstrate her growth! I LOVE this blanket and will be purchasing one for each of my friends and family who are expecting!
