The media could not be loaded. I bought several one-cup coffee makers and had to return because they would not work under my kitchen cabinets. They all required an open space above to completely lift the lid to insert the coffee, and my small kitchen has none. I wish the TOTAL height was included in the descriptions. I am sure there would be a lot less returns if there were!So, by process of elimination, I found this gem... and I'm very happy with the coffee it makes.The only criticism I have is the instructions were difficult to follow. But I figured that out, too. There is no Off/On switch - it is always on by being plugged in. And there is no Start button... brewing starts by hitting the type of brew button (strong or regular).Also, it is very fast!Overall...good product!

I use this in the office. This thing is great for your morning coffee and afternoon ice tea. This machine is straightforward. I like that you can choose from 6,8,10 and 12 oz. cups. The water reservoir Is big enough that I can use all day. I use the 8oz. setting. A couple cups of coffee and a couple of iced 12oz. cups of tea setting on 8oz. It fills the cup. What more can I say about this. Other then I fill the reservoir up at the end of the day. The next morning put my coffee cup and my favorite pod in the machine. In a few seconds later, got a fresh cup of coffee.

Beware: I reached out to the seller after having the coffee machine less than 2 months. Simply does not heat water. Funny thing they tried asking me to send a picture of the problem. Ummm do you need a pic of me placing my hand under the running water coffee machine doesn’t brew I mean come on!?! They are not in the US from what I gather as they did not respond till midnight through text and email. They let me know they were in holiday. There phone number listed was just for fun I’m assuming as the seller stated English was not very good. The seller tried to send me a quick fix and asked me to change a fuse or it might be a heating element problem if not. Mind you it’s covered under warranty why would I go tearing apart this machine . On top of that no instructions were sent. This is my most unhappiest experience with a product sold on Amazon. I highly recommend to not purchase with them or you may experience a bad product that will be difficult for you to get fixed or resolved.

Took Kuerig back to the store as it kept overheating and bought this coffee/tea maker and it was over half the price of the Kuerig and never overheats, I take it to the hotels and it looks like it is part of the hotel room, LOL, works everytime, small footprint and oh so mighty!!! Buy this, you won't be disappointed!

Love the coffee maker. It provides two different baskets. One for Kcups and another for you to fill your own coffee. Easy to use and coffee is really good! Glad I chose this brand. Coffee brews quicky with several settings for strong or weak brew and for cup size. Easy to keep countertop clean with this product as well.

I ordered this about a year ago and this machine was perfect for K-cup action! I wouldn't recommend this if you're planning to use loose-leaf or ground coffee as the little containers that are designed specifically for those are not what they seem.I drink loose leaf like there's no tomorrow. So when I saw it had a cup specifically for that I was excited! I tried it a few times over the course of about 2 months and decided that it wasn't worth the effort or wasting my precious tea mixes (they are NOT cheap). I use the proper amount for 8oz of hot tea. Loose leaf expands when wet and that would cause issues as the cup is not designed to handle the proper amount of loose leaf needed for a decent 8 or 10-oz cup of tea.The ground coffee cup was even worse. It only allows room from maybe a tablespoon of coffee before it completely expands and gets all in your stuff. It's messy and not worth the trouble. We just stuck with the K-cups and used my loose-leaf ball for my teas. I was disappointed that we really didn't get to use the other cups that much. And even with proper maintenance, we ended up having to toss this thing out last weekend as we found that when we tried to make coffee/tea the water was coming out cold and not hot at all.It was fun while it lasted. But really awesome that it held up as long as it did. Just wish they changed the level inside of the ground cup filter to be much lower because that's not enough space if you prefer your coffee to be really dark or strong.

Love my coffee machine. Been looking for one but couldn’t find what I was looking for. You can my K cups , your own favorite brand or tea.

This is a great compact coffee maker, great for small spaces, you can choose how hot you want it and if you want it stronger or weaker, we have had over a week now and love it

We had a Keurig 2.0, worked fine except for generic brands or recyclable k-cups.This coffee maker works on all k-cups, touch screen for ounces (4,6,8,12), strong or regular cups, start and go/resume. Low water warning, adjustable water temperature.Rear water tank, removable drip tray and accessories for tea, ground coffee.Working well for 2 months extremely happy with purchase.

Machine doesn’t do soft pods without splitting bag open, doesn’t do k pods well, they leave grounds, like the soft pods, in the cup. It does do u full with your coffee pods very well. Nice heat settings.

Nous aimons bien le fait que l'on puisse choisir la température, le volume et aussi entre un café régulier ou corsé. J'aime aussi la possibilité de pouvoir infuser un thé en feuilles ou en poche. Mon mari aime beaucoup son apparence et sa petitesse. Elle ne prend pas beaucoup de place sur le comptoir. J'ai mis seulement 4 étoiles parce que ça fait seulement 2 semaines que nous l'avons et l'avenir nous dira si c'est un bon choix étant donné que c'est la 3e cafetière depuis 1 an, les 2 autres étaient des Keurig... Nous avons essayé toutes nos tasses de différentes formes et grandeurs et elles font toutes! 😊 Aussi la garantie est de 2 ans 😍

I always bought Keurig’s, always last less then 1 year and very expensive.But this wow, silent, brews fast, cleans fast and less expensive! A++++
