Ist auch sehr gut für Diabetiker geeignet um bei niedrigen Blutzuckerwert den Blutzucker schnell zu erhöhen

I might be the only one who didn't use these energy pouches before a workout or for a similar purpose. I suffer from constant drowsiness and fatigue so figured I'd try an energy boost. I feel they provide instant "awake" effect though it doesn't last very long. Also the flavour seems too sugary. They did however help me recover some of my energy but I'd recommend half sizing the packets.

Wirkung Top, gibt einen spürbaren Energieschub. Geschmack gut, leicht zitronig, erfrischend. Einzig die Verpackung könnte etwas sparsamer ausfallen. Ein einfacher Beutel, wie das Ketchup beim Fastfood Laden würde vollkommen ausreichen.
