My friends and I have been using it to dye hair. This henna is simply excellent. It stains EVERYTHING so beware! I accidentally splashed a little henna on my thumb when dyeing my friend's hair with it, and washed it off 10 minutes later when I was done. The henna on my thumb left an orange stain that wouldn't wash off for 3+ days, and that's with frequent hand washing. So if you are buying it to do mehendi on hands and arms, it would be perfect for that because the stain is so saturated and resistant to washing. As far as dyeing hair with it, it gives you a lovely reddish copper color if your hair is lighter in color, and a beautiful sheen if your hair is dark. Smells good, too, and I feel like the multiple herbs in it really help the hair to grow longer and stronger without split ends.

The application process is easy and if you follow the correct mixing instructions, the color comes up really nice. Softens the hair and is better than using chemical hair colors.

The packing was different but it was big. It left our hair red—did my mom’s hair as well. I loved the color it gave my hair, but I had to used indigo afterwards to get my mom’s hair back to black. If you like red hair/tips on your natural hair then go for it. Color will pop on the part of the hair that was colored before but will vaguely show on natural black/brown hair.

The item supposes to last 3 years but it has passed 2 years when I received today and I only have one year to use before it expires.

I've been using this for years. I don't use plain henna because it just doesn't have all the herbs like this one does. If you have high porosity hair, henna should be part of your staple products. It is like a permanent protein treatment. Meaning it fills the gaps in your hair strands permanently versus regular protein which just does it temporarily.

The best henna you can get! Have been using this brand for many years and I only trust this one. Happy that I could find a genuine seller in Australia after not finding the product in offline stores. Pro tip: add tea water for much deeper color and follow it up with indigo powder if you prefer black hair.
