I wanted to take the time today, and write a review on this heater. We purchased the natural gas heater. My husband installed it and he stated it was easy to assemble, (he does have experience installing heaters) The heater is an excellent additions to an area of the house where we converted the garage into a room. We have already used it on those cool fall mornings, and it works great. Nice part is it has its own internal thermostat and we can set the temp for the room and leave it. The room warmed up in minutes and the heater was quiet and smooth running. Plus the dogs and cat love the heat coming out of the e bottom, I have a feeling it will become a normal spot for all three of my fur babies. I would highly recommend this item. Looks and works great!

Fairly easy to install, works great I was replacing the Rinnai 8,000 btu non vented unit. That was not made to work at the 7,800 ft. In elevation that I'm at. This new vented heater works great with no shutting down like the other heater. First night it got down to 0 degrees. Ran all-night with no problem. Would recommend this heater especially at higher altitudes.

Very impressed with this heater. We have a 1200 sq foot 3 br house in SF climate. The 10 foot ceilings also add to the challenge of heating this home. We replaced a 40 year old 20,000 btu wall furnace with this. The old heater barely took the chill off and mostly only in the living room where it was installed. This new 38,000 btu heater heats our barely insulated house 10 degrees in less than 15 min and the built in fan pushes the heat to a much larger area. Still a bit cooler in bedrooms than the main room but not cold. We are very impressed. This heater is quiet. Has built in functions that we like. Thermostat and multi function timer are built in to the unit. Wall thermostat NOT required. The furnace is something that an owner with moderate skills can install. Gas hook up and drilling a 3&1-8” hole through the exterior wall are the only challenges. We should have upgraded to this heater years ago. We had no idea how well it would work. We chose Rnnai because we have had a Rinnai tankless water heater that has been awesome and trouble free for about 8 years now. We are coming to appreciate this brand. The only thing to consider when buying this heater is that it required 40” of clearance at the front. No furnishings near the front.

Rinnai heaters are high quality they are efficient and give good output. They have a great set back for a lower temp and it is programmable. This makes them more expensive but for me the ease of use is worth it. In this is the second one I have had installed. One part was damaged when it arrived, but eFaucet was terrific in working with Rinnai to get a new part sent.

It's a very reliable heater, but get an HVAC tech to help with the installation.

Very quiet. Heats room quickly. Relatively easy to install once you get a gas line to the area. Controls are not totally user friendly. No app to control via phone.

Very nice heater. Flexible positioning of the exhaust vent allows installation in a tight space. Instructions are clear and easy to follow.

Excellent heater. Have it in my living room. Takes about 5 minutes for the room to warm after I turn it on its incredible. I've set it to 60F but I swear it gets warmer than that and fairly quickly so I just shut it off again. So the only downside (besides the price tag) was it came with a scratch/dent right in the front out of the box. I may have to spray paint the entire unit, how can you possibly match the paint colour? Pretty sure the metal cover that goes on the top of the back of the unit to hide the pipes came loose in the box, fell down and scratched/dented the front of the heater during movement. Bummer, but not worth it to return it so I kept it and will worry about paint later.

So far so good. Installed and been working great. No issues thus far.
