I received the RIGSTYLE 8" inch chef knife and fell in love with it ! This knife is sharper than any knife I've ever used . At first because I'm not a chef , I was a little scared to use it . I didn't want to cut a finger off and not feel it . The knife is sharp , well balanced , fits my hand perfect ,cuts everything with ease .It's hard for me to put it down now . I'm now a proud owner of a RIGSTYLE piece of beauty knife . Now I just have to get a whole set going . If there is anything that can improve cooking experience this is a chef's knife - After a long period of searching, I finally found a quality knife that cuts all kinds of foods and easy to use. We used it to cut meat, vegetables, fruits, and even Thanksgiving turkey.It has a good good grip, a strong and stable handle, and it is also very sharp. I Recommend it to all kitchen and cooking lovers who are looking to upgrade their skills while they cook.

Out of the box this thing is EXTREMELY sharp. Problem is, it almost completely lost its edge the first time I used it. I sliced some raw chicken breast (four I think) and that's all it took. It shouldn't get dull that quickly with something as easy to slice as boneless chicken breast.I haven't attempted to sharpen it yet since I have only had it a few days but very disappointed that I have to do so after something so simple.

I purchased this knife in 2018, I was saving it until I moved into my new place. I finally moved and the first I used the knife I couldn't believe how easy it glides through anything I cut with it. Worth every cent. I love it.

I’ve only had this knife for 2 days and already used it several times. It’s very sharp and cute nicely. I’m not struggling like I normally do with my cheap target knives.I decided it was time to buy an $80 knife. Not knife set. Just a knife. So far so good. If I need to change the review I will do so later.

I bought this knife several months ago mainly to cut my soupy, cured sausage. I’ve used it for cutting just about everything and I’m very impressed. It cuts through meat, veggies and even cheese with ease. It’s stayed very sharp and hasn’t needed to be sharpened after several months of regular use. I’m very satisfied and I would buy it again.

We have had our chef knife for a number of weeks now and I feel comfortable talking about it. First off it's really feels like a quality product and looks like one. It comes razor sharp and it has certainly kept its edge. All in all it is a great knife for the kitchen whether it's fine chopping or butchering meat this is a great knife.

I only used it once since I bought it but it seems very sharp. It cut the meat so easy.
