SANREMO Unisex Kids Thinsulate and Waterproof Cold Weather Ski Gloves

Loved these gloves, I ordered them on the way out of town for my 4 yr old & he had a ball playing in the snow with them. By day 3 the black stitched pads on the thumbs were flaking off & pulling away from the orange material. The black gripper material had pulled completely away from the gloves by day 5 of our trip. The pair we got were for sure defective, so I did have to throw them out once it began to compromise the glove & with almost no gripper remaining, they were far less usable. I would love to give another pair a try though they fit him perfectly & were exactly what I was looking for until their total failure. He was just playing just in the soft Colorado snow so I am positive he didn’t do anything to cause this.

I wish I could find something good to say about these gloves. As soon as I unpacked them, i realized I'd made a mistake in purchasing them. They are thin, poorly constructed (floppy) and nothing near waterproof. I wanted to make sure I was right about the waterproof part, so I rubbed some water on one of them and it soaked through to my fingers within a minute. I"m not sure why they are advertised as waterproof - they're not even water resistant! I'm trying to return them (I often keep items that are less than $20 if they don't fit or something, and I donate them or give them to friends, but I can't even donate these in good conscience), but haven't heard back from the vendor about my request. I am a little angry about the deception because, while it's not the end of the world for me to have to buy other gloves for my son, some people don't have that luxury. It can easily be damaging to little fingers to be both wet and cold for even a short time.

Initially I really liked these gloves for my son. They are warm, mostly waterproof, and the bright color means they don't get lost as easily. We've had them a month and I washed them yesterday (the 2nd time since we ordered them because, you know, boys!) They went in looking fine--maybe a little scuffing on the hand--but they came out in tatters! These are not worth the money in my opinion. Perhaps if you need them for non-playing children and handwash them they will last longer?

Excellent quality, warm but these gloves run large in size. I ordered size 6-8 for my 7 years old son but I think he will use it when he is 9 years old. I am not sending it back but will order a smaller size for him.

They are hard to rate since it's not winter yet. But they seem to be all that a good pair of gloves for snow should be. My great granddaughter especially likes the color.

These gloves indicated that they fit up to size 12. No way! My son is a size 10 and they are way too small. So had to order the next size up. Waiting to return to see if I can actually find a glove that fits him.

My 6 year old said they were nice and warm until she came in with soaking wet hands from the snow. So they are definitely NOT waterproof, but I was a fool to think any gloves would be. They fit nicely and they are made well.

I had these gloves delivered on January 29...these pictures were taken on Feb 12...2 weeks is how long we have had them. And they are already falling apart!! This is with daily use from my 6yr old. I would not recommend these gloves at all!!
