These are fantastic for taking out and about, as well as for work. No mess, less fuss and easily carried in your work bag

I get extreme sugar-cravings, and I didn't even know it (I guess I was in denial).These stevia sticks are a lifesaver, delicious and have helped me lose visceral fat. And you can't put a price on good health. I would definitely recommend these to anyone.Stevia plants are x100 to x200 sweeter than sugar, completely natural and nil calories.I personally use them sparingly, only when I can't go a second without sugar, I settle for this sticks. I use about x2 to x3 a day. But then there's days where I can go with just x1. So I'm v. satisfied.

What a waste of money, definitely leaves an aftertaste, have not enjoyed a cup of coffee since using them

seems to be a good alternative for anyone wanting to cut back on sugar.

Acceptable flavours are a difficult subject. Via Stevia may suit some but not me.
