I had written a review but idk what happened. Anyhow, the necklace is very appealing and definitely magnetic. Whether or not it has the healing properties idk but I feel better when I wear it, so there is that. It isn't too heavy but you know you are wearing it. It hangs below my collar and looks really cool. I bought 2 of them , one for my spouse and one for me. . It is unisex so any can wear. I hung a small pendant on it and it held up. I would buy again .The price was great too.

This necklace looks nice with anything and helps relieve some of my neck pain
I feel this works pretty good for my neck pain. My neck always hurts, but this necklace really helps by taking the edge off. Most of the time it makes it feel better. I wear it all day and night except for showers or swimming. This is my 3rd one. It's a good length and very sturdy

Absolutely love this necklace. When my first one broke, doing its job---I ordered another right away!! The look, the feel, the magnetic therapy. Don't hesitate or look at other necklaces of the same type. GET THIS ONE!!

Outstanding look and feel, comes across as high-end vibe
The first thing I will say is the item photo doesn't do it justice. I wanted something with the benefits of hematite and magnets without a high cost. That was doable but finding something with a more masculine look was hard. This met all if those goals. The stones have a nice shine, the necklace is sturdy and it looks like luxury at an ultra affordable price. I would just caution people that if you have a thicker neck or like your jewelry to hang long, you might not like it. But for me, this is outstanding.
