Great for the price, perfect for beginner audiophiles
Recently got these as they seemed like nice planer IEMs. I’ve only had experience with dynamic IEMs up until now so when I saw a planer IEM for this price I had to buy it. The sound quality is super crisp and clear, especially for this price point. My daily drivers up until this point were Moondrop Arias which are similar sound quality wise (technically a little worse spec wise), but have more “personality” when it comes to the sound but are double the price of these. These IEMs have a pretty flat audio response graph, so out of the box so they have super crisp sound but not much warmth or personality, but after messing with the EQ a bit just to kinda fit with what I prefer these IEMs really started to shine. Genuinely incredible sound quality and are super flexible, able to do basically anything you want them to do with a little tweaking. These are also super light. The plastic casing for these feel pretty cheap at first, but honestly you won’t notice when they’re in your ears and with just how shockingly light they are they end up being super comfortable. I swapped out the silicone nubs for some memory foam ones and it really makes these something I’d be very comfortable wearing for really long periods of time. Also the unboxing experience is super cute. All in all, I have no idea how these are $40. I’ve had a lot more expensive headsets and IEMs which are technically better but all at least double or triple the price without honestly much of a difference and all without a cute fox decal on the side.

Great Budget IEM
The competition for these budget IEMs is pretty stiff. At $50 this is in the same price bracket as truthear zero (blue and red) and a for a little more you can get the Hexa or the Sigmot EA500. Both are recommended but I have not heard them. I have Letshuoer S12 pros, Qkz X HBB Khan, Kiwi Cadenza, CCA CRA+, and Blon-Bl03. The s12s are my favorite but those also cost more than double the Gumiho. The Gumihos are my next favorite and my daily drivers. They are light and comfortable. Sound wise, they do well, although they are a little light on the bass for me, but they seem to respond well enough to eq. I would highly recommend at their current price, and even more so if you can find them on sale.

Comfortable, and they sound fine!
I have a few sets of over-ear headphones ranging from $80 to $350. While these in ear headphones don't have as “full” (?) of a sound as the big over ear open back headphones, i was amazed that they otherwise are not that far behind! They have all the frequencies and details there and everything is really detailed and separated well! And I did perceive a decent stereo image where my mind thought the musicians were around me in the room rather than inside my head. That’s really nice for the the price. And, they are very comfortable and nice looking! I have always hated in ear headphones because of the feeling of pressure inside your ear, but these don’t have this problem at all, they're very open and I don’t hear bumps telegraphed up the cables like with my previous bouts with in ear headphones. These are very usable and i will keep them in my bag regularly!Edit: Just compared these to my open-back AKG K245 headphones which are not super fancy but they do cost about twice as much as these in-ear headphones. Honestly, these IEMs are more detailed and totally stood up in the comparison. The low-mids and high-lows are a bit weak, scooped a bit I guess, and if I try to boost them with EQ the bass gets a bit resonant and loses some detail. So, I'll just leave the eq flat and enjoy them as they are. The sound signature, though a bit thin, is honestly pretty great otherwise and I've pretty quickly started to appreciate it. Other than that comparison, I also compared them to my "nice" headphones the Austrian Audio Hi-X65 open back headphones, and sorry the X65s were WAY better, but they cost ten times the price so of course! The X65s were way better in the low mids and in the lows, in both balance and articulation and detail. But, of course they were, they're large and expensive. If your priority is listening to the mids and highs and you want detail and separation, and as long as the bass is there it doesn't have to be thick and powerful, then these will do really well for you. Also the nine-tailed fox printed on the headphones is cute but small enough that you're not making a bold statement of any kind with it, and the packaging was well-made and fun and would make for a nice-looking gift for someone. They also come with a little storage bag that is pretty nice and seems like it will hold up well.

Beautiful inside and out!
I've been searching for the perfect pair of headphones for so long, and these turned out to be everything I wanted and more. The sound is amazing, better than headphones I have tested that were 3 times as expensive! Bass is deep, without any distortion - the lyrics are clear and I've been hearing details in my favorite songs that I never knew existed! Not to mention they are very comfortable for as long as I want to listen! The nine-tailed fox artwork - really was turned out to be the sprinkles on the icing on the cake! A beautiful depiction of my favorite folklore.I really just couldn't be any happier!

Nothing special
Wanted to give these a shot and see what the hype was all about but it’s just hype settled on BasN metalen - I play bass and sing in a cover thing; when it’s been 3 hours and I can’t hear anymore these BasN’s still deliver and with a punch (use the memory foam tips for best isolation and punch) https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0BXPFNZGL/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&th=1

The casing paint chipped off after awhile
As much as I absolutely adore these designs. Seriously, they look so cool! The black "Paint" does chip off after awhile and apprantly thats normal. I guess? Still sucks dealing with that. The sounds are super quiet to the point that I needed to buy a DAC, Just so these could get to normal volume without any loss in quality. These do sound clean besides that but thats just about it.I bought these when there weren't any reviews so I had these for a very long time "23 Nov 2022".So If these are important to you then you should be aware of these issues.

Cute
Good product, tight and clear sound, for me one of the most exciting sounding IEM in this price range and maybe up to 200eur. Plus good customer service.
