Bloating
Not sure yet as haven't been taking it that long...Definitely don't feel as bloated.

This is a regular purchase & it does what it’s supposed to do. I am not a chocolate lover so vanilla is the only choice but it tastes good.

Biomel every morning for gut health and flavour.
Brilliant mixed with my yoghurt and oats every morning. Adds sweet vanilla flavour without the sugar

Stopped the bloating!
It has not helped with ‘regularity’ for me but, has stopped the bloating. I mix in with cereal or shake in a bottle with a little milk. I have just ordered again.

Had a Gut Feeling
Really good product, quite pricey tho, I used it with other natural organic products (see my other reviews) it is definitely doing something right. Taste pretty good to. Make sure you shake rigorously, no one likes lumpy bits 🤭
