In the past I’ve used my friends weighted blanket. She has a 25 lbs and it did wonders for my anxiety, but I know it was a bit too much weight for me to get that. I ended up getting some gift cards for Christmas and I am SO GLAD I bought this blanket with them! It is a great material, not too scratchy and not too soft/slippery. The 15 lbs weight is awesome and I can definitely see myself using it a ton in the future. Starting tonight! I love that it has loops for a cover as well. It fits my full size absolutely perfect so if my boyfriend and I both want to use it-I know we will be able to. It is very evenly dispersed, and I highly recommend it. I just wish I could have gotten a different color 😂

Got this after visiting my sister recently and using hers. It was the first time I had used a weighted blanket and I slept so well! Once home, I had to get one. This thing arrived quickly and was well worth it. It is nice and heavy. I debated between the 30 lb vs. 25 lb and opted for the 25. I was worried it wouldn't be heavy enough for two people. But, it indeed it. Despite being a "Queen" size that we ordered, it is smaller than our "Queen" comforter/duvet. While it covers the bed, there is no hanging off the sides. So, I do believe this runs smaller than the average "Queen' measurements.... unless that is how these are supposed to fit? It does get warm, but not uncomfortably. The weighted embrace it gives is very comforting. I have noticed that I do continue to sleep better or am much more at ease while watching TV with it. My anxiety, definitely seems to "calm down". Well made, great item. I did get a duvet cover to put over it as we do have cats and since you can't throw these weighted blankets into a washer/dryer, you will need a way to keep fur off of it. Due to the weight at hand of the blanket, I will most likely need help putting the duvet on, so that is the next chore in taking care of this item!

love it- i put a duvet cover with corner ties on it. you need always carry it by the blanket not just duvet cover or it will tear due to weight. OK so here’s the problem I had looking for one of these. this is the only weighted blanket brand on amazon that’s small size 48x78 i believe, that’s not huge for a queen bed but for one person laying on the bed wanting 20 pounds of weight. You’ll find that most of the smaller sizes are lighter in weight as manufacturers believe that younger people smaller children are the ones going to be using the size is primarily so they make them lighter. This was their biggest mistake! I didn’t want something so large I couldn’t move it around either but this is more personal sized with a good weight i need for my 5’9 186 lb. female body. I didn’t want the thing to get full of cat hair because I have cats ... that’s why I put the duvet cover on it. some of the blankets that you will find will have the Minky Dot covers that come with them . those are great as long as they’re not attached in that you could actually take the weighted blanket out and wash the cover. But these things do keep heat. if you sleep warm then you’re gonna likely move some of the blanket off for air. I don’t have air-conditioning so I can’t cool the room ; I just open the window. Also people that are heavier need to take into consideration that this blanket may make them feel they’re not able to take a deep for breath. because I don’t like to feel constricted I keep the blanket lower on my chest and abdomen area as I found before I just wasn’t able to breathe in fully and not feel constricted until I did that... this blanket, it is so dense you can move globs of it like wet sand into shaped hollow areas and stuff for your feet if you don’t like pressure on your toes. build a little done around them ; it stays up why are you sleeping...the weight of it makes me sleep more continually and I don’t twitch from my restless leg syndrome which wouldn’t keep me awake. You’ll wake up feeling literally like a ton of bricks ... and you won’t want to move. Oh another important thing in the morning fold it up like you would any blanket. firmly grip a good handful of the blanket edges inside the duvet as you fold it so it won’t tear. I do not keep it laying out on the bed all day, this keeps it a little more fluffy at bedtime. Sleep well!

I am an older woman. I purchased this blanket because it claimed it could help restless leg syndrome. I don’t like anything heavy on my feet. I thought I would give this blanket a try, but it was too heavy on my whole body. It takes time to get used to the extra weight on you. I gave the blanket four stars because it was a very nice blanket, but too heavy for me. I would recommend giving it a try. Maybe it will feel great on you.

This blanket is a game changer for my 8 year old who suffers from pretty serious bedtime anxiety. After months of trying every thing under the sun to ease his anxiety I finally ordered this blanket as a last resort. I'm not exaggerating when I say we saw improvement from night one with this blanket. Since buying this blanket my son falls asleep so, so much faster and sleeps deeper and longer. Instead of his anxiety keeping him up for hours after bedtime (on bad nights up past 12am) he is asleep within 30-45 minutes since buying this blanket. This blanket is worth it's weight in gold. If your child suffers from bedtime anxiety you know the toll it takes on the whole family.Blanket details: My son sleeps in a full size bed so I ordered the 48/78 size and it fits perfectly on the top of his bed. We live in Florida so I was worried about the added warmth of a weight blanket, but being this one is 100% cotton it breathes well. My son is a warm sleeper and when I asked if his new blanket is too hot he says "No! It is perfect and cozy!" It also has loops around the outside of the blanket so it could attached to a duvet. The navy cotton is a true navy and soft to the touch with a touch of sheen.

Compared to a previous weighted blanket that I own, this one’s weight distribution is much greater , improving the comfort level……would definitely buy again.

En primera no es algodón 100% como lo indica la etiqueta es 100% poliéster, sobre qué una manta de 60x80” según la descripción es para dos personas no es cierto cómo pueden ver en la foto apenas cubre la superficie de la cama queen y no sobre sale a los lados, salgo en el sentido mas largo unos 10 cm. Es cómoda pero no fresca.

I bought this for my son who is 34 and has anxiety. It was supposed to be for Christmas but he wanted to give it a try as I thought it was expensive. But he loved it so much he never gave it back. I was sceptical that something like this would work but it does. He sleep’s really well at night time. Well worth the money. I hope anyone else buying this has the same results.

Definitely takes getting used to the weight. Still getting the right feel. I’m 195-200lbs, and 20lbs is slightly heavy. Might have been comfier with the 15lbs. Nonetheless, great product for the price!
