These fans are huge, which makes them so quiet. They're easy to install and the little color footies are fun to customize. I've got a blacked out case so going all black for me was easy with these.

The beauty of 140mm fans is the extra air movement so they can run at lower temps.I use these on my NH-D15 coolers and outside of very heavy loads, they run whisper quiet. Even gaming they are near dead silent. Make sure to adjust your fan curves as for normal usage on my 9900k @ 5.1ghz I can keep the fans running at ~25% speed and temps are nice and low.Like just about every fan, when pushed under very heavy loads they are audible but in a large floor fan kind of way and not a high pitched way which is a plus.The sound dampeners of various colors is a nice touch if your case happens to adhere to a certain RGB color scheme.5/5

I recently built me a new box and installed NINE of these fans in it. Easy to install and work like a charm. Can hardly hear the NINE fans running which are just to my right. Love the fans and how quiet they really are. Would highly recommend! Great product!

Great like all Noctua solutions, I just wished they offered the NH-U14S cooler with these fans stock. I bought a pair of these to keep my setup all black. That's the only reason why I gave the "value for money" a 2 stars. Noctua should just allow the buyer to pick the fan color desired when getting the cooler but despite "wasting" money buying a black pair of these to stifle my OCD I'm extremely happy with the cooling performance and noise levels given my hardware.

Noctua has made the best PC cooling equipment for the decade I've been building PC's. These fans are as high quality as every product I've bought from them. They are quiet and do an amazing job moving air and keeping temps down. Plus the new black and color accents are a huge plus to style!

Never buying another fan. Love Noctua

Took a $90 cooler and made it $150, but kind of worth it, since that brown is hideous. I put two fans on that cooler and get decent thermals for a hot room upstairs. I have it in a push-through config. Where the the intake is one one side and the exhaust is on the other side in line with the airflow of my case. Barely cracking 50C running Cinebench or any other benchmarking test for that matter since I paired it with a giant case as well. They work great, don't really push a lot of air. I have all noctua fans where I can (save GPU and PSU, didn't have control over those fans). And while it's really quiet at full blast, it's barely pushing 3MPH of wind. My 140mm Industrial is pushing nearly 6MPH and both are technically the same size. Didn't know giong from 2600RPM to 3000RPM was a drastic change like that. OTHER than that it was pretty easy to install. The clips can be finicky, but are secure when on. Helps go with the blackout theme I was going for with this case, even though the heat sink is still very much silver, and there's silver on the Zenith II Extreme Alpha, so it's not a total blackout, but good enough. As long as it works and keeps tems down, that's all I care about. And it does do that, well.
