It’s a good product. Honestly I thought I was receiving a small mattress pad so I was a little bit offput, but the product is fine. Instead I stuffed blankets inside of the pad, on top of the pack and play mattress pad, to help create softness but firmness. That worked nicely for the short duration I was using the pack and play as a crib during vacation.

My to year old had decided that he did not want to sleep in his toddler bed anymore that he wanted in mom and dads bed. This would be okay with me and dad if he gave us some room to sleep instead of taking up the entire bed. After suffering weeks with no sleep and a sore back I decided that I would try putting a quilted mattress cover similar to our we have on our bed onto his bed. I ended up ordering this one to see if it would help. I received the mattress cover within the time indicated by tracking. I checked the package very carefully for any type of damage and there was non. When I took the mattress cover out of the package I did wash it to get it clean and the "new" smell off of it. When It was washed and dried I put it one his bed. It was not very hard to put on his bed at all. What surprised me the most is his fitted sheet actually fit over it very nicely without leaving bumps or anything. It was a very smooth fit. That night I put him in his bed and he actually slept in it the entire night! This made mom very happy. It has been a couple of weeks with this mattress cover on his bed and he has not returned to our bed. He sleep very comfortably now in his big boy bed! He just wanted his mattress like mom and dads!I received this mattress cover at a discount in exchange for my unbiased opinion.

I love this mattress cover a lot! And what's more important, my little oven loves it a lot. By that I mean he finally started to sleep in his crib without a problem. Previously he would wake up and start screaming the second his back touched the mattress. That was a nightmare. I even started to look for a memory foam pad to make his crib softer since the matress I bought for him was pretty firm (just like dictors recommend). Well, let me tell you, doctors are not the the ones who get sleep deprivation. I'm so glad I decided ti give a try to this matress cover. It really is soft even though there is no memory foam. It works perfect for us. My baby now sleeps in his crib through the night. Yay! And that means I can get some sleep too. Another bonus is that it's waterproof and I don't have to worry about night spills. The sizing is pretty accurate however it was a bit tough to put the sheet over this cover. Not a big deal. Love, love, this portable crib protector mattress cover! My favorite is the plush quilted quality. I've been searching for one that wasn't just a mattress protector but also one that could add a layer of quilted softness and comfort. It's waterproof too, the last pic shows you an inside view.Great packaging, tight seams, and excellent overall quality. Ordered this for the crib and it fits a standard crib mattress snugly and tightly without being insanely hard to put on, it adds a bit of added padding without being a danger to the baby, I put it under the crib sheet so you dont get to see the quilted design but I really love the look of it. It does have a rather strong scent when removed from the original packaging but a wash gets rid of that and softens it up. From reviews I have seen that it holds up well to washing's, which is good since in those first few months there is a lot of spit up and other stuff that causes the cover to need washed often.Disclaimer: I received this product in exchange for an honest and unbiased review.
