1st and most important: How much to takeIf you're new to MCT Oil, DON'T have a full scoop the first time you use. Remember those infamous reviews for sugar free gummy bears? You might get some first hand experience if you dive right in with a full scoop (like I did)! If you have an upset stomach after your first attempt, don't let it turn you off. Just try a much much smaller amount. After my ill advised first attempt, I moved to just 1/2 a tablespoon/ day, worked my way up, and all was good. I like to have coffee all day long, so instead of 1 cup with a full scoop, I'll do 1/2 - 1 tablespoon per cup and probably have 5 of those a day.2nd: Taste & shelf lifeThis is a perfect replacement for coffee creamer. I will never go back. I didn't expect it to be so creamy given that it's fat. It definitely doesn't taste like you just added a scoop of fat to your coffee. I add a few drops of vanilla stevia and it tastes the same to me as my old high sugar vanilla creamer. It's also great because you don't have to refrigerate it, so you can keep some at your desk at the office without risk of someone snagging it from the office fridge (I see you Janet, lol). It also doesn't have the shorter shelf life of some creamers, which has ended up saving me $.3rd: BlendingIt doesn't blend great into coffee if you're just using a spoon. Some small unblended chunks will remain on top. I had it this way for a couple of months before a friend recommended getting one of those little coffee blender/frother devices. Mine was about $11 on amazon and it works GREAT with this MCT Oil. It gets rid of all the chunks immediately and actually creates a small amount of foamy awesomeness. Plus, since the part you're putting in your drink is just a small stick, it's easy to rinse clean (vs using an actual blender). It's not a 100% necessary addition, but getting that frother upleveled this stuff massively for me. I already ordered another one to keep at my office.4th: Keto & IFI found that when I use this after cheat days, I get back into ketosis faster. At least, based on my amateur testing of having it vs not having it, and using ketosis testing strips to see how quickly I got back into ketosis.It's also an easy way to get your macros to where you want them. Too low on fat for the day? Just add some more MCT Oil to coffee or bone broth. It seems like you could really add it to any liquid, and you'll just increase it's creaminess. So I'm sure there are other ways to use.I also do intermittent fasting. I know it's not _technically_ fasting if you have anything caloric during your fasting period, but using a small bit of this was a great crutch when I was first trying to get through increased fasting periods. Slowly, I was able to fast for longer without the crutch. I know the fasting community might gasp and clutch their pearls at my bastardized version of fasting, but it worked for me and again, was just used as a crutch until my body was used to a fully calorie free fast. Hey, whatever gets you there, right?

I'm giving this product 5 stars, but I have to admit the jury is still out. I ordered it a a few months ago and use it in my coffee every morning, along with a teaspoon of cinnamon, turmeric and ginger. The product advertises that it gives you more energy and focus. That could be true. I no longer need half and half or any creamer in my coffee when I use a tablespoon on MCT. There is a coconut extract that mellows the taste of the coffee. My husband raves about the MCTs. He's an avid tennis player and swears it gives him more energy! We also practice intermittent fasting and sometimes don't eat our first meal to noon. He thinks the MCT's help with the fasting part. I hope this helps.

Been getting a different brand from a another company, but suddenly they don't carry it anymore. This is a 2nd order for me, I buy 1 vanilla and 1 plain and mix them. I use MCT everyday in my morning coffee. It provides good energy, healthy fats, and makes my coffee creamy and tastes good, faintly if vanilla n coconut. Good product at a good price

I originally had another expensive powder “MCT Wellness” product I was taking and while I felt it worked, I wanted something more cost effective and easier to use because it was difficult to mix and blend. Literally, it was both physically and taste-wise, it had a distinct flavor that made it more challenging to combine with any other flavored liquids. Then I tried a liquid form C8 MCT oil “Brain Octane” product but it caused me considerable daily stomach aches, even with the teaspoon starter amount. After 2 months of pain and 2 products later, I was forced to find a more suitable product that fit my needs and maintain my state of ketosis. This product was advertised to be good for Ketosis but when it arrived I noticed that it said nothing about the C8 MCT oil content on the bottle, which was sort of a letdown because I like the flavor, which was flavorless, the fact that it has good blending power, and the value for the money was spot on. What made it frustrating was the fact that the same company also sells a similar-looking product that advertises 95% C8 MCT oil. In conclusion, this product would have been perfect had it advertised the key ingredients more prominently and made less confusion for customers by at least making the bottle design and/or label a different color to accentuate that difference.

This is a great product and is supporting the keto diet. I started using it in tea with good results (it stirs in very well). I have a nice experience in wellness with this product and have greater success in doing intermittent fasting as a result of this product.

This made my coffee nice and creamy. I liked the flavor.
