Thin material, not thick like average socks but very comfortable

My daughter has cross over toes and these keep them flat and in place. The toe things the podiatrist told us to get have a pad under the foot. This lifted the whole foot, so, while the toes were separated and correctly placed, they also rubbed the top of the inside of the toe box in the shoe. This caused a callus on the top of her toe and a lot of pain. These socks seem to be working much better.

I'm pleased with the fit of these socks. I have wide calves, and these fit and stay up. They're a thin fabric, but decently made. I only give it 4 instead of 5 stars because there is no heel, but that hasn't been a real problem because the material stretches enough to accommodate it without slippage in the shoe..

These are perfect for "in between" weather, where it's too chilly to wear sandals, but warm enough that you don't want to wear sneakers (especially if you're only going out to the mailbox or a quick trip to the store.) I just throw a pair of these on, slip into my flip-flops, and head out. Now, they're not gonna be super duper warm in freezing weather, but on chilly days they're nice and comfy.

They're really good quality, length and thickness just right! I needed these for a cosplay and they're perfect! Whether you want them for a cosplay or just to wear in public they're great.

Because of ongoing medical issues, the only shoes I can wear are flip flops. I’m also wearing ugly compression stockings every waking moment. What will I do when the weather gets cold? What will I do when I’m going out, dressed nicely, and don’t want to draw attention to myself? Answer: these wonderful socks! They’re stretchy enough to go right over my various wound dressings, compression garments, et al! They look and feel great! And they allow me to look and feel like a normal person, not like an invalid. I know, I know, that shouldn’t be so important, but it still is. I was going to be a ninja (finally) for a bar hop and this pair of socks would've been part of my outfit but when it arrived and I opened the package, the material felt more like pantyhose/stockings rather than a thicker sock (or just sock material). I half considered returning them but I may eventually need split-toe knee high pantyhose.
