Love how big this microwave is.

We ordered this microwave refurbished which always makes me a little nervous but it has worked great. We have been using it for about 2 months now with no issues.My only complaint would be about the "timer" feature. You can't set a separate kitchen timer while it is cooking something and the opposite is also true, you can't cook something while the timer is running.All in all I like the microwave. It looks nice and works great!

Barely six months ago I got this microwave thinking I got a great deal. It has gone down hill quickly. Microwave barely melts cheese anymore. I’ve had cheaper microwaves last longer than this microwave.

Open-button works 50% of the time. Right panel is bent out of place. If the issues were only cosmetic, this would be a great microwave. However, the door jams and doesn't open consistently requiring me to press the button multiple times. Spend your money on something that works every time you use it.

The product was one that was refurbished. We would’ve preferred a product that was new.

Fell apart, broke within 3 months- never again!!
