Worth the price and it must have real tourmaline in it, since it warms my neck up nicely!
I have three herniated cervical discs and am trying to postpone the inevitable fusion surgery. I need a light duty collar to remind me to have better posture and offer a little support. This does that perfectly. I did not read the description, and noticed that my neck was always warm when I wore it. Then I read the description. The tourmaline magnets definitely warm up! I wore it tightly under a thick down vest with a down collar at first... too hot. Now I wear it a bit looser and with out my coat or vest and it is comfortable. No doubt it will bring blood to the area!I paid less than $10 for this, and I am definitely happy for the price. I also learned about the reflective quality of tourmaline, which is just plain cool.

Really helps the pain in the neckthis is the best one out of them all! Really takes pain away! Tried others they don’t work. This one is worn out. Now what do I do? They have been unavailable for several months now😢

This was purchased for my Dad who is 91. He has a neck injury and hates the brace his doctor suggested he wear. However, HE LOVES this! It's lightweight and he says that it does help with the pain. Thank You!

It works, it has to make contact against your skinand it takes a little time.
