This device works extremely well on Mac but you have to install the app and configure how you want the behavior to work in various applications. Once you've completed that step, you're done.There is flexibility in how it behaves and can change and set various colors to represent different situations.I've used it with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and FaceTime and it all worked seamlessly. I've found it to be very helpful and convenient. It's easy to quickly mute for that sneeze or cough and easily identifiable that you're still on mute. No longer do I have situations of "uh, you're on mute!".

I bought this product, because I wanted a visual queue to know when I was being listened to (eg accidentally left my meeting open or mic on),I lost confidence after a few days of use when the button was red, and people could still hear me. That should never happen in a product like this, do not buy if you are serious about your privacy.Also don't get this if you have multiple users on the same computer, you will have to get the other user to log back in and turn off the app before it will work on your account

The device itself is just a cheap plastic single-button keyboard with a LED, but it would be worth 50€ if it really did the single job - mute and unmute. But it does not. In my case it always stopped working after PC hibernation so I had to re-plug it 2-3 times a day. Also it went mad several times sporadically muting/unmuting the Zoom in a stroboscope manner until I re-plug it again. Developers were unable to provide any fix in a proper time so the device went back.

Great little device that gives me quick access to the microphone without worrying about which window is active. Also super easy to setup
