I'm new to black seed oil.I have suffered for over forty years with an autoimmune disorder.It comes in waves that can last a few weeks to a year.I have absolutely tried every anti inflammatory on Amazon with mixed success..I can honestly say BSO has give me by far the best results.Years ago I quit kneeling or even getting on the floor. After a week of taking 2 of these a dayI was able to get on my hands and knees and scrub three floors that I have ignored for years. A mopjust didn't cut it. No I did not get up and dance and yes I did hurt the next day. ( But I'll take this any day)With whole body inflammation your system just doesn't work properly.I have the worst stomach known to man and as long as I take one or two of these a day I am normal.I also noticed my blood sugar is really stable and normal now.My only concern is the results will fizzle out in time. I hope not.Is this brand the best? I have no idea as I just picked out a well rated product and I thought the price was good.So far I am beyond thrilled and hoping to get my life back.

Do not buy, if you're looking for undiluted real black seed oil.Most people don't know, that black seed oil IS NOT BLACK. I've been taking this stuff before it became popular (years). The seed its self is black, but the oil itself ranges between a pale yellow and honey color. If your oil is black, it's impure. When I opened these tablets I found the oil was almost a dark scarlet near black. It does definitely smell like the oil, there's just something mixed in that isn't supposed to be there.

Wonderful! Please research and read the biblical truth and health benefits of black seed oil. I had the flu after New Year 2018 with my entire body literally ached, including my mouth, throat, gums and teeth & tongue. After taking the lack seed oil, within 2 days I was back to 1/3 to 1/2 of normal health. After 1 week, I was back to my normal health. I had taken black seed oil for 3 years and stopped taking it 8 months prior to my flu incident because the store I purchased it from no longer sold it. While taking black seed oil daily, I never experienced ANY major/minor health issues, colds, runny nose, flu, aches, pains, etc.For me, it works! I will try to always keep a supply of this product and make it a part of my daily routine.

No fillers, cold pressed, gel caps are soft - easy to pop if you need a bit of oil; Taste has a slight peppery zing to it - not objectionable, and after a few you just get used to it, so not bad at all. Good quality at a low price, and very responsive customer service. Slight edit here: Customer Service told me they would inform me when their product was back in stock - but never did. And the price went up from $5 to $7.99 - so not the best value any more. Disappointed.

These have given me a lot of energy and I believe that they have helped my fibroids start shrinking. I've had signs of them lysing and I've felt less pressure in my lower abdomen. It also helps digestion. Overall, they are wonderful.

I love this product, i order from #stardazzale quite often. I hate they are out of the product will be ordering real soon. I was borderline on my high blood pressure in which the numbers changed this year for what is considered high blood pressure and since I have taken these pills my blood pressure has been regular without having to take prescription meds. Love this product for real.

I have type 2 diabetes for the past 17 years. Even with diet and exercise my blood sugar has been all over the place. After taking this for a month my blood sugars are lower than they have been averaging 130. I will continue this supplement but probably at a higher dose.
