BACKGROUND: I do not have sensitive skin, never used a retinol product before. Started the product twice a day and by day 3 I got a NASTY burn as shown in the images below with swelling in both of my eyes that got CONSIDERABLY worse. I stopped using the product and everything got better. The seller, upon seeing by negative review (despite saying I'd try it again later once my symptoms went down), in good faith offered to give me a refund. I did not accept the refund because it didn't feel right to try to use the product again AND take their money. I decided before I did that, I would give it one more try.RESEARCH: So, during the heck-ish evening where I constantly put aloe on my face due to the terrible burning sensation, I realized--from watching some dermatology videos--that YOU CANNOT GO 0-100 WITH RETINOL CREMES! I have seen some social media influencer videos sprinkled in there, where the horrendous burning is described as "normal" and "natural"... it is not. You shouldn't be feeling like that: peeling off whole layers of skin and lighting your face up like a Christmas tree. You have to start slow.THE PRODUCT: The bottle says morning and night in the instructions, I believe it says that for someone who is already using retinol cremes. If you are NOT already using it, do not follow these instructions. It is probably best to consult a dermatologist.AFTERMATH: I, personally, decided to use it once every other day at the start and build my tolerance, and that has been the magic ticket. I have been able to use the product and get some benefits without any negative side effects. My skin looks good. I feel good.MY OPINIONS ON THE PRODUCT TODAY: This is a great price for this product, even when it's not on sale. Retinol creme is incredibly expensive by other brands, and to have all these good things in one is great. It is true what you see in other reviews that the volume is small, but it is VERY clear in the description of the product that this is 1.7 fl oz. That is not a lot of product. That being said, you literally ONLY need one pump to do your face and neck, and using more than one pump, as it says on the bottle, could absolutely cause the disco inferno on your face. The product smells good and feels good. I occasionally have burning if I use products that have hyaluronic acid in it as well (for example, Grace & Stella Eye patches), but that is operator error.CLOSING: I appreciate the good faith of the seller, but now can appreciate the product, too, now that I have understood the error of my ways.

It really does work for me. I have eczema and this actually worked. My face looks smoother in just 2 to 3 uses. I just use a little dab of pump. I put the little dab in the palm of my hand at night and take my ring finger and rub on the spots that get dry patches when I wake up in the morning. After morning 1 the dry patches were smooth and by day 3 no more patches. Then day 4 and after, smoother brighter and tighter looking face. Then I said to myself, let me try under my eyes for bags. Oh my good heavens. The bags started fading away in a week. After a good month, my eczema is under control. My face is even toned . I use it with vitamin c. Now I put it on at night and I the morning. I first wash my face with cerave baby body wash. Then I put vitamin c serum. Let it dry. Then put the ret/collagen on. Let it dry. Then cerave spf 30. Then neutrogena radiance setting spray. My face looks healthy and youthful all day.

I have only been using for a few weeks. I started with a small spot on my lower jaw for a few days to test the cream. Nothing happened, no sting or burn or redness. So I now apply each morning all over on my clean face. I like the pump so far, not having any issues with it. The cream soaks in quick and no grease. Love that. My skin does seem smoother, but too early to notice less lines on my over 60 aged skin. I read several positive reviews before buying this product, so I am hopeful it can diminish some of my fine lines! The 4 star is because I have not used long enough to know the entire effect of the cream, but love that the retinol did not bother my sensitive face skin.

I absolutely love this moisturizer!!! I have rosacea and my entire life I have to be careful with what I put on my face. Certain creams burn, and cause more redness, bumps etc. BUT this cream has not done that. No joke this moisturizer leaves my face smooth and soft and feels incredible. I can feel the hydrating effect it leaves on my skin. I use this product daily, once in the morning and saw a significant difference in my skin within just a few weeks of daily use. I also got my mom one of these to try out, and she loves it more than some of her more expensive skin care products. I'm glad I gave this product a try and I highly recommend it. My mom and I will be a long-term customers of this for sure!

First, let me preface by saying I am very picky about my moisturizer. I am 55 years old so my skin needs a little extra help to stay moisturized. I am about halfway through my 2nd jar of this product and I am SOLD! I use this in the morning under my makeup and it works great. I also use this at night after washing my face, and when I wake up in the morning my skin feels like silk! It's so soft and smooth!I like the dispenser of this jar - it's one of those "press down" things and the product comes out of the top. It delivers the perfect amount and I can control the amount dispensed if I want to. I also opened the jar after I finished the last one, and every bit of the moisturizer that was in the jar had been dispensed - so nothing goes to waste!I feel like the price is very reasonable for the quality and amount received. Overall I am extremely happy with this product and would recommend it.
