Great for molded gelatins, desserts, egg breakfast muffins, cupcakes, and more!
I've been interested in trying some silicone baking cups for quite some time. However, the silicone cupcake/muffin "tins" I've seen around town haven't appealed to me. I've heard that when removing them from a hot oven, it's important to have silicone cupcake pans firmly planted on a metal baking pan, so the silicone pans don't wobble and flop all over the place when moving them from oven to countertop. I received some California Kitchenware Cupcake Molds, as pictured in the photo, and my daughter baked some of her delicious Easy Egg Muffins in them for breakfast. They baked up well, browned lightly on top, and didn't stick to the silicone cupcake molds at all. They were super easy to remove from the liners. Nice! Since we try to use as little fat as possible in greasing pans and tins, this was a great option for our family. Not even our coconut oil cooking spray was needed to grease these cupcake molds. Set of 12 baking cups measuring 2"x3"x1.5" in blue, pink, and yellow. No muffin pan necessary! You can place these directly on a cookie sheet when baking cake, breakfast muffins, etc. These are safe to use in the freezer, microwave, and oven (up to 500° F), and can be washed in the top rack of your dishwasher or hand wash them. California Kitchenware Silicone Cupcake Molds are packaged in a tube of 12 cups, making great gifts for others or yourself! The muffin/cupcake cups fit in the spaces of standard metal or glass muffin pans, or they can be placed individually on a flat cookie sheet or jellyroll pan. These cupcake molds can be used to bake breakfast muffins, birthday cupcakes, cheesecakes, individual brownies, and more. The flexible cups ensure easy removal of baked goods or molded gelatins. Stackable for storage, the set of 12 baking cups can be cleaned by hand or in the top rack of the dishwasher.I look forward to using these for years to come, since I found them so easy to use and clean afterward. I'm so glad to have these available for my every day use!

Adorable Molds
I received this item through a promotion in exchange for an unbiased and honest review. When I first ordered these molds, I figured they'd be thin and flimsy like the paper cupcake molds that you can only use once. Of course, you're suppose to be able to use the silicon molds more than once. I wasn't sure how well the silicon molds would work, since I've only used paper molds. When I finally received the molds and opened up the packaging, I was surprised at how thick and heavy duty they were.I tested on this molds with my niece, her friend, and my nephew. We had a little more batter than molds, so we filled up the molds to the top, almost overflowing. (Only one cupcake actually overflowed from the mold when baking.)\These molds can be placed in a standard metal or glass muffin pan or they can be placed on a flat cookie sheet. The silicon molds are thick enough that, even with the cupcake batter in the mold, they are able to stand up.Once the cupcakes were done, we weren't sure how to get cupcakes out of the mold. We were all so used of just pulling the paper molds down and apart to loosen it up. These silicon molds seemed a lot more complicated to get off. At least, that was until we finally figured out the trick of pulling one side slightly away from the cupcake and pressing up on the cupcake to pop it out. Worked like a charm. The cupcake was a lot more moist in the center with these silicon molds than what you get with the paper molds. The cupcakes were amazing!!On the down side, cleaning these silicon molds kind of sucked. I had to wash them more than once to try to get the remaining parts of the cupcake out. The indents on the cupcake mold makes it hard to get it all the way clean quickly. (Though, California Kitchenware does say that these molds can go in the dishwasher. I'm not sure how well that works, since I only tried washing them by hand.)Even with the troubles cleaning, these silicon cupcake molds beat having to go out and buy paper cupcake molds that you can only use once.

Reusable and Easy to Clean
These are awesome little silicone cupcake holders. They baked both cupcakes and muffins surprisingly evenly. There weren't any burn spots. The liners themselves have no scent nor taste to them, and they definitely "feel" like high-grade food silicone as well. I love the fun colors that they're offered in. It makes baking with them even more enjoyable. These cupcake holders tend to work best if you pop your cupcake/muffin out of the liner and then hold it in your hand in order to eat it. If you're one of those people that slowly unwraps the cupcake from the liner as you go to eat the cupcake (to avoid touching the cupcake with your hand), then these just aren't flexible enough to allow that. They make it very difficult as they don't have the flexibility to just "peel" back. I fall into the latter category, so these aren't as perfect as I'd like them to be.They clean up surprisingly well in the dishwasher - even if you don't pre-rinse out the holders. I recommend that you turn them inside out and put them on the top shelf of the dishwasher, though. That seemed to work best for me. A single wash cycle cleaned off all 12 of mine perfectly.Overall, fantastic cupcake liners. I wish the silicone had more flexibility to it, but other than that, they're perfect!
