What do you use to clean and lube it?

I have never had to lube it, but I use rubbing alcohol to clean it

Will it make your hands smell like metal (oil from skin can cause some kind of interaction with certain metals and it can cause a smell I believe)?

I have been using mine for nearly 6 months now and have no issues.. just be careful with any certain kinds of lubricants.
