I like the bag & the transaction was great
I like the bag & the transaction was great. But I just don't feel it was designed very well. My dog likes to sit up with her head sticking out while being carried and the the long carry strap cuts into her face and neck. It is TOO TALL to fit under the airline seat! It needs to be 1 inch shorter! I have to smash the bag almost flat so that she's laying on top of the bag but not IN it. DO NOT BUY THIS IF YOU WANT IT TO FIT UNDER YOUR AIRLINE SEAT!

Smaller than described
I read the discription of this product saying it holds 30 cups of dog food thinking that is 30 scoops from my 1 cup scooper but no it holds 5 scoops each and the collapsible bowls are not 5 cups they hold one 8oz cup of water for a better reference not suitable for what I bought it for which was for one week trip maybe holds enough for a long 3 day trip with replacing the collapsible bowls with correct size for my lab this would be perfect for a small chihuahua or similar dog but not for what I thought I was getting from the description I’m giving it three stars for quality and convenience but not accuracy

Rarely do I write reviews, but this one deserves it! Absolutely love this carrier! As an airline employee I’ve seen a multitude of pet carriers before actually needing one myself...My must haves:- spacious enough for my smedium breed mixed 2 month old pup to grow into-mesh zippered top and side-seat belt straps-holds shapeBonus:-shoulder strap-pass through strap for carry on roller bag-zipper pocket-leather accentTested it out as soon as it arrived. My pup loves his carrier! He got in many power naps as we ran errands all day. Will be going on our first flight in the near future, looking forward to using our new carrier in the air!
