Boyajian Maple Flavor, 3.4 Fluid Ounce

I did my researched and decided on this maple flavoring by Boyajain. I absolutely love it !! I've used it in glazes for ham, buttermilk syrup, frosting, cookies , homemade icecream and overnight-oats. As soon as you remove the cap you'll swoon over the fragrance of maple. A little goes a long way....About that cupcake; it was a maple and bacon cupcake. I know. I know.

Hands down the best maple flavoring I have tried. Over this past summer I have tried over 10 different brands of maple flavoring to find one that actually tastes like maple. This is hands down the best of all those tried.

This did have a maple flavor, albeit kind of fake. What turned me off was the deep deep deep dark brown color. Alters a recipe a lot. McCormack has a better product, lighter in color, and it is an EXTRACT, while this is not

The best! I bought this for maple icing for cinnamon rolls, but I have been using in my steel cut oats and other items I want a bit of maple flavor in. It doesn't take but a few drops and is so delicious. Buy this!

This product and manufacturer still make an excellent product for baking. I use it to flavor Corn Toasties.
