Actually was not that bad. Nice balance between density and being too airy. I did add some melted dark natural chocolate, cacao, and instant coffee. It was perfect as a base of chocolate cake, beat all taste tests of fancy bakeries . One star off for price.

Like the taste between a cake and brownie . Had to do some research on ingredients, would like to see the price lowered though.
