guard material is so tough and not exactly fits compass

Looks good a protects, but I had to use a heat gun to mold it a little bit to fit my Lynx. It’s a bit pricey, but nobody else makes these like they do, so what can I say.

The guard firs nicely with some marine grade adhesive.

You’re paying for a small study piece of plastic, but it’s easy to install and looks clean. It takes abuse well and that’s what you’re paying for. Obviously you’ve made an investment on your kayak and it is only reasonable to protect it as well as possible. This protects one one portion of the kayak that is always touching the group when loading and unloading. It will also surely protect against and sudden objects in the water.

Grossly overpriced! This piece of plastic should be around $12.Next time I'll purchase a piece of kydex and make it myself.

I thought the guard could have been closer fit even with trying to heat and bend.a little frustrating for the money.hopefully it stays on ?
