After feeling tired and run down during the dark winters in the rainy PNW I got bloodwork done and sure enough was vitamin D deficient. My naturopath recommended this product to me to take daily and it's working wonders along with trying to eat more veggies (which I'm terrible at)! I was told that taking vitamin D in the liquid form is better than swallowing a pill because it reaches the bloodstream faster.As a part of my morning routine I mix about five drops into any drink. It's very easy to dispense and won't clog the hole it comes out of. It dissolves super easily and has a pleasant taste if it's just mixed in with water. It will settle to the bottom pretty quickly though so it's best to drink it right away. It's been a year since I started taking this brand and my vitamin levels are back. Perfect product.

Just 3 drops a day got rid of my extreme depression that I was diagnosed with. Have your vitamin D checked. My vitamin D was almost nonexistant the first year and I took 7 drops. Now I have it all under control and I take 3 drops a day to maintain. The lemon isn't bad, but the berry doesn't taste good.

Does not require swallowing pill. Love it! Will always buy and recommend to everyone who needs a supplement

I was just introduced to this product by my doctor. My D levels were very low, just like most people that live in the north east, so I started taking this and gave it to my 7y/o as well. So far it seems to be working, I haven't gotten a blood test to check yet but I will be in a few months to see what my levels are. I like the taste and ease of use. I am a tad concerned with the storage issue though. We drove across country and there was one particularly hot day and I'm worried that it may have ruined the product because it got to warm in the car. I ordered a new bottle just to be on the safe side and I'm hoping that it doesn't get to hot in transit from the warehouse.I take 2-4 drops a day and 1 drop for my son; this was per doctors orders.

This gives me energy and keeps me healthy. It absorbs so much better than pills.

I love that this small bottle will last you forever because you only need a couple of drops at a time. No weird aftertaste or anything like that. This was recommended to me by my doctor and I can see why. So far so good.
