The forks that came with my rotisserie were excellent quality, but very large and not the ideal size for a small chicken or duckling. These forks were the only ones I could find that were the size I wanted, but wasn't sure they'd fit my spit rod. After a helpful customer replied that they'd fit, I took a chance and they do. I roasted a chicken to perfection on my grill, and the forks were the perfect size and very easy to use. They're made of chromed steel, and the quality looks to be very good, but you have to be careful cleaning chromed metal. It's not usually a good idea to put it in the dishwasher too many times, and you can never use an abrasive cleaning pad like ScotchBrite on them. The screws that hold the fork on the rod appear to be stainless, so not a problem. So while these forks are no more difficult to clean than any other chromed metal, you should know that the forks themselves aren't stainless and take appropriate care when cleaning.

This arrived in a timely manner and well packaged. I wanted two tines instead of the four that came w my grill. I like home rotisserie chicken, Cornish hens, and chickens. With the four tined rotisserie forks I often had a hard time getting the tines aced where I wanted then in the fowl. With the two tined rotisserie forks it's easy to place them right where I want them. I have arthritis in my thumbs and don't have the strength in my hands of yesteryear, so I need to keep a pair of pliers with my grill to ensure the "thumb" screws are tight enough to stay in place once the fowl begins to turn.
