Good quality Rye whole meal flour which makes a lovely loaf. Very tasty for sandwiches, soup, bread and butter etc

Great for boosting sough starter using a little more water Do Not Use Tap Water the chlorine will stop this from fermenting biol the water first to cool down will be ok or use filtered water warm the water when applying to flour.
