Great tool! Well made and of high quality HARD steel. I’ve owned for six years now. I scrape our flat top weekly. The edges are still super sharp and show no wear at all. The corners are still perfect. I even use it to clean other metal on our Viking range. So smooth it doesn’t scratch and the burnt stuff scrapes right off. So much easier and less abrasive than cleaners and rough sponges. Buy this one!

I needed one specifically for cutting pasta and pastry dough. This one will do that and possibly more. The quality is on the better side and I'm sure with proper care and cleaning, it will last longer than others. The markings (measurements) are nice and may come in handy. But I suspect when covered with flour and dough will be difficult to use/see. The width is pretty much standard, and the blade is thick enough to withstand hard use. The blade's edge is obviously sharper so as to cut through cooked dough (pizza, etc.). Nice to have, useable, functional, practical, excellent tool to have in one's cooking drawer. If you have it you will most likely use it and you won't be disappointed.

At first glance it might look like a chopper or table scraper, but on closer examination it reveals measurements that are essential when preparing foods and ingredients for cooking and baking, Definitely a must have in any kitchen, two if there are more than one cook in the kitchen. Don't want the cooks fighting over it!

This is great. Scrapes so much better than a plastic one I had previously. The corners are a bit sharp so be careful when washing, but it’s worth it because the beveled edge really picks up everything on the cutting board. I have a nice, big cutting board so this scraper helps keep me from lugging the cutting board over to the pan. The measurements on the scraper are great, too.

Well-made, sturdy, sharp and ergonomic handle. Only used for couple of weeks, but great for any griddle use and cleans up nicely. The measurements was a nice touch.
