Great cards - good for kids and adults
My daughter and I love doing a card each night as I tuck her in bed. She is a highly sensitive child, I'm a highly sensitive woman. I find these cards help both of us relax, focus, calm down, and enjoy getting ready for bed together. It's good to note that while these cards use mindfulness techniques, there is no spiritual element, which I appreciate. As a Christian, it can be tough to find relaxation tools that exclude eastern spiritual elements. These cards fit the bill and do not conflict with our Christian faith in any way. Thank you for this wonderful resource!

This is worth the purchase!!!! My girls love these!!! We do them at night and sometimes throughout the day. There are different categories, so I grab a category, let them each choose one, and then we do both. There are so many options and they'll find a favorite. Some require multiple people which is nice because they share when friends come over. Having these in card form makes it feel more like an activity. The cards are well made, well written, study, and beautiful. We pair them with mindful mazes for a complete "ritual".

These are great activities for your younger kids and I recommend them for a younger age group. Because I liked the yoga pretzels so much, I was hoping the activities in mindful kids would be more adaptable for my older students. I'm not sure I can use a lot of the activities for my high school students, but I'm still trying to use some of them and be creative.

Wish I had this as a child!
I really love this product so much. My 2 and 4 year old have gotten so much out of it in just a few months. I like that it has different categories of exercises (start your day, rest and relax, open your heart, focus, find calm) so that we can apply them in many different situations. I have one child who we suspect has ADHD and it has helped him SO much more than I could have expected. Both my boys are better able to be mindful of their feelings, their bodies, and others. I especially liked the one that asks the child to think of all the plants, animals, and people who are responsible for their meal and asking them to thank each one from the source. Another favorite is the "golden light" in which the child sends love and light to a loved one, someone they don't know well, someone who makes them grumpy, and then to the whole world. My oldest loves this activity the most. Very highly recommend for all ages!

Great, simple, effective mindfulness activities for kids.
These mindfulness cards were recommended to us by our child’s counselor. The activities are simple and helpful for her to do. They help to calm her and help equip her to handle challenges in life.

Great resource for teachers
This is a great addition to any classroom for teachers preschool to 8th grade. Each durable card provides mindfulness suggestions that the entire class do. It takes no planning and only takes a couple minutes to do. Kids enjoy the actives and it helps everyone get better with mindfulness.
