Installed on a 200 lb, 2 inch, tube, cattle gate, Had it all level, mounted in the closed position. The top hinge was configured as being close to the post as possible (those 3 adjust positions) and the bottom as far away as possible, to correct for hinge post being not perfectly plumb. All looked good, until we opened the gate, the bottom hinge bent 90 degrees, as shown in third pix. Notice the stiffening bulge stamped in the middle, shouldn't it extend past those three adjustment positions, that is where the hinge buckled and its weakest spot? I'm only an electrical engineer, not a mechanical one, but still, I have some common sense. I had high hopes. Reinstalled the old j hook hinge, sort of bent up from decades of use.

IThe hinges are able to be adjusted in increments. This made it much easier to adjust my gate to near perfect.

This is as heavy duty as it looks. I expect many years of performance out of it. I used it to put a gate on my chicken coop. The post I hung it on wasn’t strong enough to support it, so I had to dig around it and pour some quick-crete in. But the hinge held up like a champ!

Needed a heavy duty hinge for the heavy/large wood gate I installed. These worked perfectly!

Very sturdy and well made. I bought these to convert an existing section of a wooden privacy fence into a swing gate. My decision to purchase these was made due to the listed weight capacity of these hinges. I was not disappointed. They have proven more than capable of handling the weight of the lumber.

These hinges are very heavy-duty. Don't see having to ever replace them.....ever. Also used bolts and washers instead of the supplied lag screws.

Works good for me.
