This device feels like a rod with a reel on it in your right hand and the weight actually gives your bicep a little workout. So then I decide to learn to use it 2 handed. So I go into normal mode and find a quiet beach in Korea and 1st little fish a mako decides to hit me... 1 minute to 1:30 and he was on the beach. Every run made and every snap made. It really does make 2 handed fishing more efficient I find tilting both 45 degrees inward and moving both the rod and reel hand gives you or me anyway the most turns per second and it ain't hard to reel in fast. At the 45's when the run starts just pulse the middle button when needed to keep good tension and tilt the rod left right or back and it ends the run fast. Then you are pumping the rod upa and down at a 45 tilted in and cranking with the left at the same time and when the fish jumps you get the snap hard and the mako never knew what hit it... Great build quality with Ball bearings and a spring release on the reel to set for casting or spinning I can pretty easily do it by feel now. Overall I would say if you love real vr fishing this is the add on you want

I have to say this product from the box to the product itself has me at a loss of words. The box was of good durability to help protect this item during shipping. When I opened it to start removing it I noticed each and every single piece was in a specific cut out piece of foam. This was very nice and showed me that the company actually cared for the product and the presentation of it when we received it. How is the reel attachment itself, the best way to put it “in point”. Lightweight, easy to assemble and the directions are clear and easy to read. There was no confusion on how to set it up for left hand and right hand use. The gears move very nice and smooth not to mention the magnets on the reel themselves are super powerful. As far as value goes it’s a bit high but worth every penny. I have had experience with many attachments when it comes to quest 2, and this one really does come up to the top. If you’re looking to add a bit of realism to your vr fishing experience this is a must go to. Great job.

I bought it for my son to play VR fishing games. He was very excited to get this but it’s now collecting dust. He says it makes the games much harder to play.

I love VR fishing, but I was annoyed with accidentally banging my controllers together all the time, so bought it immediately. Cons: It wasn’t super easy to put together, but it had good instructions, so there was no real problem. I took the pole piece off pretty much right away as it was super awkward while fishing sitting down for me, but you might have a different experience entirely. It works fine without it since you have to press a trigger down to cast anyway. It's a bit loud if you are reeling in fish quickly. Pros: I have not clanked the controllers together once since. It’s made well. I thought it would fall apart, but it is still fine after A LOT of use. The magnets aren’t too weak nor too strong. They are prefect. I absolutely recommend it to anyone who likes VR fishing. It completely changed the game for me.

Bought for kids birthday, have only used a couple times. Seems gets played more not using it.

i like the quality of this vr accessory it is fun and works very well the only thing i would recommend is to the manufacturer is to add a strap that connects the controller to the rod part of the accessory just incase you goto cast and the controller comes off or make a hole so the wrist strap can come through accessory

if u love to fish this is for you..its fun and caught the big fish only thing i couldnt take it home and put it on the table.....but it was funnnnnnnn...gives u a few hours to relax and its right in your living room..its a must even for the kids to enjoy....

Bought as a gift so not used myself but my partner says it's a great accessory. Sturdy, easy to hold.
