Sting at first but opens sinus quite well
Became a fan some years ago did not like the sting at first but honestly it works quite well open up congestion now it is part of a go to every time there are cold sintoms

Sinus issues
I originally purchased this at a local drugstore. It works better than anything I've ever tried. It opens the nasal passages and keeps them open. I suffer with sinus and allergy issues a lot. Hydrasense is awesome. The drugstore discontinued it which I think was a huge mistake. I now order it online. If you have sinus issues, try it. You won't regret it.

Feel the burn, Then smell again!
It works, so well! I have substitute multiple allergy medicines for this. The combination seems to really clean out the sinus and open it up. Yes it feels like your snorting something spicy, but the burn feels good when you know you’re going to be breathing again shortly!

Product is great, price gouging is not!
This product is the best for my sinus issues. Price is horrible on Amazon. Can be purchased for half the price in Canada when we are allowed to start crossing again.

I love the eucalyptus in this product. Works great!Dislike that the pharmacies no longer carry product in stores. Extra cost and higher price purchasing here. Product is excellent

Good for dry nasal passages
This product is worth the money. When my nose is super dry from living in the desert, this does the trick! Love the eucalyptus❣️

The box was ripped open with the part that goes into your nose was broken.
This is a great product for a congested nose. Bought 2 for my 90yo dad. Unfortunatly, the spray bottle box was ripped open with the nasal piece broken. Bought 2 boxes and luckily one box was safe but the second box was broken. For a sterile purpose, I can't give the broken box to my dad! Its's pain to return! Social distancing and I don't want to talk to anyone! Can I just leave the broken box/item outside my front porch? Can I return just one and keep the other one? Please contact me. Thx

Painful and too powerful spray delivery.
OUCH! I needed nasal spray and liked the idea of adding eucalyptus. The sprayer is too powerful. It totally bypassed my nasal passages and ended up at the back of my brain. OK, The back of my brain is an exaggeration but the spray clearly went past my nasal passages well into nasopharyngeal tissues. It hurt so bad I’m afraid to give it another chance.
