These seeds have about a 95% germination rate which is really great, that being said, the bag itself is really small and there aren't a lot of seeds in it if you wanted to grow them as microgreens. If you are planning on growing full sized mustard greens then this is a good option but for microgreens I was hoping that there would be more seeds in the pack. They are packaged nicely with a clear description of how to grow them and it does close so that you don't lose any seeds. Overall this is a great seed pack, even if it does feel a bit overpriced

The greens came up in two days are now three inches tall, after one month. they are growing like crazy and soon we will be pinching leaves for some good fall eating!
