It works as it should
It cut the hole without much effort. It would be great if you pre-cut a hole in a thin wood board and apply a little water while cutting. The size is exactly the size of toilet flange . This is not so good as it could be hard to fit the flange if a metal flange is deformed on the edge.

Works as described for tile
Only ordered this for one use so far, drilling a hole in a 12x12 tile for an umbrella post to slide through (outdoor table / umbrella). A bit tricky to center and start the hole but I was able to get it going by starting slow. Produced a nice clean hole with no cracks or chips.

This is a well-made product at a great price -- it does the job!
For only $10, this diamond-lined ceramic hole-cutting bit was perfect for cutting a 2" hole in baked-clay tile for a garden umbrella. It cut a clean hole exactly 2" across and did so in about 20 seconds! Amazing!

Amazing
I normally don't leave reviews, but for the price this amazing little drill bit did exactly what I wanted. Drilled two holes in ceramic tile. Make a jig to hold the bit in place and dip it in water every 5-10 seconds between drilling.

Does NOT cut through concrete easily
I have over heated my hammer drill twice trying to get through concrete ad have barely dented it.

Did the job, cost effective
Hunted online at HD and found theirs expensive. Read Amazon reviews and got tips on these cheaper ones, well worth the trouble. Making a template out of 1/8" ply was the best idea. I taped that to my tiles, adjusted to get the proper position (in my case a critical step), poured some cold tap water in my sink and used the slow speed on a powerful cordless drill, frequently dipping the saw blade in the water and used a toothbrush to clean the accummulating gunk from the cutting area, many times until I'd cut away the tile. I cleaned up the saw, dried it, and it looks fine, could make more holes if needed. 57mm isn't something you find in sets, evidently. I needed to make a 50mm hole too, and for that I bought a Tacklife set. That looks better made, at least it looks better, but both did the job.

Worked as it should
I purchased this bit to cut a hole for a shower valve in some porcelain tile. I was skeptical at first due to the lack of a pilot bit. I followed the directions starting on one edge, and it cut a hole very cleanly and quickly.

As advertised
I had one opportunity to use the product and it worked as advertised. One suggestion I would make is to periodically dip the bit in water to keep it cool and/or to have a helper pour water over the bit while using it.

Awesome Value
Cut through several porcelain tiles without breaking a sweat. Just make sure you keep it nice and lubricated with water or another appropriate product. Using plumbers putty to make a small water-filled well around your cutting area works well.

Cut slowly withglass immersed in water
It worked like a charm on 1/4 inch glass plate. You must cut slowly!

Works just fine
It actually worked very well to drill a hole in porcelain. I have burned through store bought diamond bits in the past, that I paid considerably more for.
