2 of the 12 arrived broken. The packing plastic was all deflated except for two little air pouches. Was amazed that they were not all broken.

My order came in a good condition. The only problem is that I have found broken jar inside in the middle. I should have just return it, but since my girlfriend is excited to use it for canning right away, I wasn't able to that return thing.
