Great fit for pear shaped gals
Love these! I wasn't expecting much, pant shopping these days is just a chore of returns. I have have little mom tummy, thighs with no gap, and average waist. Nothing ever fits without feeling stuffed into them. Enter these jeans. I didn't struggle getting them on, just the right amount of stretch but not overly cheap, and look like the pic. I'm 148lbs, 5'6, and have that mum tum. They do have a slight gap but not terrible. I'm a big Joe's Jeans fan and these have the same pulse. Given that weight fluctuates, I'm buying a size down too!

Giving Highschool In The 90's
I loved these jeans the moment I held them up right out of the box. The denim colors, the perfectly placed wear, and the worn cuffs that hit right at the ankle. These jeans are super high waisted; they really do come up right below the "ribcage". That said, the button fly zips up all the excess gut one may have to hide...There is a perfect amount of stretch to where you still get the true denim feel but it gives just enough to be comfortable. And the huge perk of being able to show off my favorite pair of boots should not be overlooked! And still they aren't capri cut, but they hit right at the ankle or just barely above it. Get you some. These jeans are giving highschool in the 90's and I am in love!

I'm on the hunt for the perfect jeans...
Looking for a wider leg jean as a millennial has been a challenge. I like a tighter fit through the waist and butt, and upper high, and then a looser fit through the leg. My biggest challenge comes from the length of a wider pant. Everyone recommended trying Levi's and I found these ribcage high straight ankle jeans. I like the rise, the fit through the waist and butt was great! The length might still be a little short for me, but the jury is still out on whether I'll keep them. The material is high quality, and the stretch and fit make them very comfortable, I'm just not sure about the length. For reference, I am 5'8'', 120lbs, and these are a size 26x27. As you can see, they don't quite hit at my ankle.

Russian roulette here on Amazon!
I read EVERY review before ordering. Huge, tight, baggy, short or too long. OMG I've never seen so many variences in reviews, so I am POSITIVE these can't be authentic. I'm about 35 lbs over my normal weight right now (you would think working remote would make me exercise more). I am 5'5 1/2 and about 180. Size 14 usually fits me right now. Amazon said I should get a 16 plus (I've never worn plus sizes!) and the size chart said the same, so that's what I ordered. I got 16 plus in Summer Slide. If you select that size and color, that pic looks exactly like what I got - only full length (which I wanted - in summer I wear capris, not 'floods' - showing my age?). They touch the top of my foot. They are not tapered OR flared. Same all the way down. However, the waist is off compared to the rest of the jeans and the denim has very little stretch. There is elastic in back, but I can't even button them. The thighs and butt are perfect for a regular jean. I wanted looser overall though. So I'm gonna keep these and (like another reviewer said) use them as motivation to lose weight. If I dropped 20 lbs, the waist would zip easily and the thighs would be looser. If you're looking for 'ankle jeans' (aka 'floods'), this size and my height aren't that. I'd need to be 5'10. The denim is nice, regular denim (not thin and not stretchy) and they appear well made honestly. But the size chart is wayyy off for the waist. And I'm curvy. My waist is 10" less than my hips, so you would think the waist would fit since I got them up with no problem. These WILL be exactly what I wanted if I drop 20lbs.I miss my Girbaults from the 90s. They were so cute loose with a tight bodysuit underneath and big belt. Geez, I'm old. But I don't feel it - age is a state of mind and I'm THRILLED to see my daughter (26) wearing mom jeans now, when she wore those awful super-low cut jeans in high school. But hey, in the 80s, I had to lay on my bed and use a hanger to get my designer jeans tight enough. They left marks on everyone! Then Grunge hit and we could wear actually comfortable jeans. TMI? 😅

Cute pants, but too short
I saw these featured on a Facebook video. They looked great in the video, but were an awkward length being a bit too short for me. I am 5'2'. There were good quality though and fit great otherwise. I ended up returning.

A favorite!
I am 5’7 ranging between 115 and 120 pounds. I’m relatively slim. As a mom of 3, these jeans do it all for me! The length is perfect for me, but keep in mind I have a long torso and not necessarily long legs. The high waist is super comfortable. They flatten my tummy and are flattering for my skin figure. I love that I can dress them up or down. The fade is really nice as well. The size is true to size. The denim is super comfortable!PROS: color, fit, materialCONS: none

Better then expected and I expected a lot
So an influencer I watch on YouTube can’t rave about these jeans enough. The pictures to be honest on Amazon were so so and didn’t really match her hype and weren’t over appealing to me. So I thought I’d chance it and took the plunge to try them. Ok, now I know what all the hype was about! They are magnificent lol!! Fit and feel and flattering..just love them!!!!!

Love these jeans
absolutely love these jeans. So flattering. Bought 36reg which were labelled 16w when I go them, if that helps with sizing.

A good deal
I bought the black colour jeans. I am 5’7, 160lbs. I have two pairs of ribcage jeans in a size 30 from the Levi’s store, and while I love the way they look they are not that comfortable (they have a girdle effect which is good for how they look and bad for eating a big meal). Decided to try these ones, but I was sceptical. I also bought these in a 31, for a more casual (and comfortable) fit. Anyway, they are pretty good. Way stretchier than the ones I have. Fit well on me (but I have had two kids and have no waist anymore) and look good. They are cheaper than the Levi’s store ones and you can tell by the fabric, these are like the Costco version, but overall a good deal. For reference I wear a 29 at Madewell, and a 30 at the Gap.

Curvy girls, size up
Material is great, but I found it did not fit true to size. It fits snug around the waste and hugs the butt in, I would suggest going a size up, especially if you have a bigger butt :)

Advice from a pear shaped bod
To preface I am 5'8, 140lbs waist 25" hips 39".Step 1 size down. After buying a pair in my usual size then buying another pair a size down I'm certain that if you have a pear or hourglass shape, buy a size down than your usual if you want a more flattering snug hip fit. The material is stretchy enough to accomodate this. The waist will probably be far too loose as demonstrated in the first pic. Unless you have a straighter silhouette theres no way the hip and waist will both fit you on these pants and I always find that with levis, they favor straighter hips. The next part (sorry) is to get the waist altered to fit you so you look *snatched*. Without using a waist sinching belt or altering the waist they will look like regular high rise old navy esque jeans and we didnt come here for that. (The second and third picture I have sinched the material in the back to show you what the potential is.) That said the material, feel and height of the jeans are great. The color is pretty much the same as the advertised photo.
