Very good!
This is a very nice creamer. Being sensitive to milk, and not really liking almond milk - this is a very nice solution. Would recommend.

Mocha - chocolatey goodness
I got introduced to this product from hearing Laird Hamilton being interviewed on The Shawn Ryan podcast. He said something that will now ALWAYS stick with me. In summary, he said that the products we use on a daily basis compounds, be it our shampoo, soap, etc., so we SHOULD use the best, cleanest, "good" products that we can possibly get.Side note: If you want "clean," non-mega corporation made skin/hair products, look up Raw Sugar.Anyhow, this Mocha creamer tastes GREAT. There are SOME clumps as people say, but I LOVE the small clumps since those little things taste like pieces of chocolate that isn't super sweet at all. I put the powder in my Americano, but I've lately been putting it with just hot milk when I don't want caffeine late at night. It's not super sweet, and I put two spoonful mounds in a large cup. Also, the closure mechanism they use with the bag is really cool and easy to close -- unlike most containers where you gotta line up that plastic "zipper" to close properly.I'm a customer for life, and I can't wait to try the rest of the other flavors. Go Laird.

I Mix This In My Protein Powder
I mix about 2 tsp. in my whey or whole egg protein powder. Both of them are vanilla flavored and the chocolate/vanilla combo is really nice. I've noticed since mixing in 2 tsp, instead of 1 i feel more energy and mental clarity during the day. I don't always get enough sleep and this does seem to help. Plus it tastes great. After I use the Kitchen Aide hand blender it's a little frothy in the mug I use, but spinning the mug around will get rid of the froth.

Slightly chalky, mild greens flavor - but overall, great product!
Got this for a mountaineering expedition. Thought this would be a good product since I enjoy bulletproof/fatty coffee (usually coconut oil and cinnamon) before doing intense physical activity. I chose this product because it has greens in it, is vegan, and coconut based. I wanted this since the coconut oil doesnt mix well in coffee, this seemed like a step up. I chose the cacao flavor since I wanted this to be a treat for me. I I was worried about the palm oil, but they do say it is sustainably sourced and I will have to take their word for it. Today I tried it to test it: I made a 10 oz mug of coffee, and added a heaping teaspoon of this creamer into it, and stirred it well. Initial sip - very good - tastes like coconut oil, noticible cacao flavor but not overpowering, and mildly sweet. I'm sure if you used more it will make the coffee much sweeter and a stronger cacao flavor. I could taste the algae/green flavor about halfway through the mug, but it was very mild and didn't taste bad. When I got to the end of the cup, it got kind of chalky tasting. At the very end, there was probably half a tsp of mix at the bottom, though I always very finely grind my coffee and used a french pressed so some of that could be grounds, and I maybe could have mixed the creamer in better. It lost a star for the chalkiness, mild greens flavor, and palm-oil - but I don't think any of these seriously deter for the product which is why it still earns 4 stars!

Overpriced and label Deceiving
The nutritional facts are deceiving. They have used the biggest marketing trick there is. They are only written to look good on paper but it is not a realistic account of carb per 'serving'. 1tsp does not mean one 'heaping' teaspoon but a 'level' teaspoon. and on paper, a 1tsp serving looks really good with only 2 carbs per serving...but ok, in reality, 1tsp is not even enough to taste in the coffee. actually, it is so little that I personally would rather not even drink the coffee if this is all I could have. a 'realistic serving' here is at least 2 tbsp to allow the full taste benefit in coffee. and so this makes it at least '8 CARBS' per cup of coffee...and I am a 2 cup a morning girl, so that would be a total of16 carbs in my morning coffee alone not counting the sugars in this product. like I said, I would rather not drink the coffee at all if it cost me 16 carbs to get to the taste that I like.OK, that being said, let's talk about the 'sugar' content. this item claims to have 1g of sugar per serving...remember this is per 1 level tsp, and I, along with probably most all other coffee drinkers who want a cocoa creamer, would realistically use at least 2 Tbsp for my serving so that is 4 per serving. these sugar grams add up quickly. FACT here is the sugar used is not even a 0 sugar substitute, but it is pure coconut sugar (listed in the ingredients) and is the 'second ingredient' which means this creamer has more sugar than it has cocoa...hmm. NOW I am not a nutritional scientist but my common sense tells me that pure sugar, even coconut sugar, has more than 1g of sugar (because it is pure sugar, not a substitute or sugar alcohol) which in fact are all carbs! Something just doesn't add up correctly here according to the labeling of this product.BUT it all looks good on paper while this company is getting way rich off of this overpriced and labeled to deceive item. People BE SMART about what you purchase. this is labeled using the biggest marketing trick there is. I did not pay attention to the little telltale signs before ordering and I should have as I am usually way smarter than this and normally pay attention to the labels. I will never order this or anything from this brand again.this is NOT KETO friendly...at all.
