Boone Outdoor Extend a Pole Flag Pole 16 feet FG

After reading other reviews I was concerned it might not be strong enough to withstand the winds we experience. However, I am pleasantly surprised. It has held up to our 30mph winds for 4 hour periods. We have only used twice so knock on wood. The only complaint would be that when it arrived, the pole did have some knicks/scratches in it and the ball was also chipped. Other people have also complained about this as it seems they have been used and are not "new". For the money, great pole. Still looking for something taller that is just as portable and strong.

Last year, I purchased the Boone "Under Tire" flagpole holder, but Amazon did not match this up with it. It instead suggested another flagpole, and I only discovered this one after purchasing the Amazon suggested match. The other flagpole was too thin to properly match, so I had to rig up a way to secure it tightly into the flagpole holder. The PERFECT match solves that problem once and for all. It's a perfect fit, it is secure and stable, the flag holder latches are really well built and spin beautifully, allowing for movement with the wind, and lastly, it just looks fantastic!!! I wish I had this last year!!!

I wanted a "Flag" Setup for camping and tailgating and after several mis-purchases (Amazon and other) , I bought the Boone Flag Pole and Boone under the Tire Stand. I am NOW set and could not be happier. I have set it up multiple times now and I could not have bought any other combination of products that work better. This combo is the way.

Used at BBQ Competitions and worked great. Good quality. Held up well in wind and rain.

Using a 4x6 flag and a 2x3. Pole sections slide down after a few minutes in zero to light wind.

This is the third time I have bought this product. We have one and two for gifts. They are so fun for tailgates, concerts, and camp outs!

The pole wasn't brand new and we were missing a flag clip. Super frustrating.
