Great little chair
This is the second time I've bought this chair. The first time I initially bought it for my kindergartner in 2021 since he was spending a significant amount of time on Zoom. However, the ability to spin was too distracting so we went back to a dining room chair. That's when I learned it's the perfect sized chair for me. I'm 5'3" and hadn't thought I was short enough to need a special chair, though I do wear petite sizes, but it's so much more comfortable than the regular office chair I had before. I work from home and used this chair constantly. I got the grey fabric option and have had no issues with the upholstery.A couple of months ago one of the plastic wheels broke and I kept meaning to replace them but I waited too long and discovered that continuing to sit in the chair with a broken wheel bent it in a weird way that can't be fixed. (Though, I did not discover this until I had bought replacement wheels and installed them. At least it was relatively easy and I'll know for next time.)I was delighted to see I could just re-order the same chair again. At this point, there might be better chairs out there but I knew this one worked for me. Assembly is really easy. It's just three parts you put together, no need for tools, and an optional foot rest to snap on.The chair itself does not have a lot of adjustment options. The chair height can be changed and you can move the seat forward and backwards but that's it. You cannot adjust the chair arms or the back in any way. I'd knock off a half star for lack of adjustment if I could. However, it fits me fine.I use it with an adjustable height desk set at 28" so I don't know if it'd be too short for me with a standard height desk. I have the chair adjusted to about 1/4" from its maximum height so it couldn't go up much taller.

Good quality.
It is very easy to assemble. My daughter loves it.

By far the best desk chair I've ever owned.
I'm a little person who's only 3'10 on a good day, and I desperately wanted an adult-looking desk chair that catered to short people. This chair is it! I've had it for 4 years now and use it daily at my job (I'm a Resource Teacher), and it's terrific to have a soft desk chair with an actual footrest that spins. The chair still functions like new, and I have a second one to use in my home. It's worth the higher price tag.

What we liked was everything. Took as long to open the box and get out the parts as it took to put the chair together. About 2 minutes. No tools. It's not leather, it's better. Appears to be a modern water resistant fabric on the seat and back. Well padded. Extremely comfortable. The arm rests aren't padded, but padded rests always became a mess. They were usually padded vinyl and the vinyl would crack and peel, becoming a mess.Smooth, padded vinyl is comfortable; cracked, peeling vinyl is not.My cousin is very short; 4' 8". This is the first chair she's been able to sit in and place her feet on the floor in her life. She's used a special foot rest her former employer purchased for her 30 yrs ago to get some relief from back pain caused by her feet hanging unsupported. We pushed back the seat and she can sit back in the chair. Her lower back is up against the lumbar swell, giving her support; a first. She doesn't have to scoot forward to get her feet on the floor, they touch naturally. We've purchased chairs that 'said' they were designed for short people before. They listed in their specs that seat height was as low as 14 1/2". She needs 14" - 14 1/2". They all turned out to be 15 1/2" to 17", and shenever was able to be comfortable without the work footrest. With this chair, she's really comfortable, almost totally so, for the first time in her life. We had hoped that the child's foot rest would work for her, but for once her legs are too long. That's the closest we can come to a negative comment about the Sit-rite chair. If you're small in stature, petite, tiny or short or any other word for diminutive, buy this chair. Doubt you'll be disappointed.Update: Liked it soooooooooo much, we purchased a second chair. Now she has a chair at her computer desk andat the table so she can eat in comfort too. In her 75 years, these are the only chairs that have allowed her to sit back, get support for her back and still allow her feet to touch the floor, a godsend for her. As I said before, takes longerto open the box and unpack the parts (5), than it does to assemble the chair.

Great cushioning and size, back is uncomfortable
I am a petite adult (5’1) who needs an all-day office chair that allows for my feet to touch the ground and offers full back support and a cushioned seat to help with sciatica. Adjusting the chair was not very difficult and my feet were able to touch the floor, although I wish it actually went a little lower. Seat cushion was great, exactly what I wanted. However the back of the chair is why I decided to return. As mentioned in other reviews, the upper back dips backward significantly, and I found the lumbar support aggressive. I can see how that might be ok for a child, who would have more of their body supported by the lumbar portion. It pushed too much on my lower back and left my upper back unsupported, so I chose to return. Also, I needed someone stronger than me, a hammer and WD-40 to disassemble. If you have challenges that would make disassembly difficult, keep that in mind!
