I love this steamer. I have been natural for five years, allows me to straighten my hair without damage.

I was very excited to get this product but upon opening the package I noticed the plus button looked broken like it was pushed in too hard. I followed the instructions & removed the yellow protective tape off of it and a piece of the steam vent just fell out! I tried to put it back into place and a piece of rubber that apparently holds it in also fell out. But all that aside I kept trying & it was so much work just to make the steam come out. I could have used my regular flat iron & saved time. My hand hurts from pumping it to try & get the steam out. And my hair doesn't look any "shinier" or straighter. Poorly made don't waste your $

This is a wonderful flat iron. It flattens my frizzy hair beautifully. The only problem is that it makes my hair staticky. I can’t figure that out since it’s putting moisture in my hair with the steam, but I’ve used it 5 times now & fly always every time.

When I saw a Facebook app about this styler I knew I need to have it and my husband bought and I’m in love with it ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Highly recommend !!!!! with one pass !!!!!!!!
