This little case ended up fitting my needs perfectly and exactly fit the 3 or 4 things Inwas wanting to put in it. I've noticed a common issue lately with many of these inexpensive made-overseas cases or products sometimes arriving with uneven stitching, or pieces not stitched at all, or are different dimensions than what is listed (a very frustrating problem that has caused issues more than once), because for some reason they think we care what the dimensions of the shipping box is that it comes in, when all we want to know is what the actual product dimensions are, preferably external AND internal. Fortunately this time everything went well, it was exactly the size that was listed, and everything was stitched well and operated as it should. Sometimes it's a hit and miss with these products, but thank goodness Amazon provides good customer service when issues do arrive that require refund or replacement. If it wasnt for that, it would be a lot different. So overall, a win for me this time 😉

I purchased this for my son. He can now carry his EPI pen perfectly protected in his backpack. It’s a sturdy case with plenty of room. I used a chalk pen to write EPI pen across the case. Works great for our use.

A lot slimmer than I was thinking.

I can keep three insulin pens, a meter, pen needles, alcohol swabs and test strips all together in this pencil case. I researched the actual insulin cases that have cooling capabilities before deciding on this case. I don't normally travel any place where I would require cooling. One of my best purchases!

The media could not be loaded. Great for pencils, and pens. Not high quality but not trash.

Holds my insulin pens, needles, and alcohol pads plus extra. Durable, slim and an excellent value for a well made product. I'm going to order another for my work briefcase and my office.
