Good source of omega e, but definitely has a fishy taste. Mix with lemon before consuming.

If you're sensitive to bad tastes, then you really should avoid this one. The taste is horrible, but the silver lining is that its not a STRONGLY horrible taste that lingers very long. You can wash it down with water afterwards. However for a product that labels itself as a mixed berry flavor, there's absolutely zero semblance of a berry flavor in here. Otherwise I appreciate the macros that this bottle has and that it has DPA which most fish oil supplements don't have. I'll try their lemon flavor next time. I don't mind paying higher prices for good quality, but when it comes to value for money, the complete lack of flavoring here and instead a super terrible taste makes you wonder if you're paying for any convenience or just the doses of the supplement.
